If you have a partner/DH, what’s the height difference?

I’m (cautiously) dipping my toe into OLD and as a bit of a titch (5:1), I am definitely attracted to ‘the taller the better’. I did once date someone who was 6:4 which presented a few logistical challenges but overall I loved it.

If you have a DP/DH, what’s your height difference? Does height matter to you?

We are both 6 ft, it works out really well being the same height as we never have to adjust the car seat for driving

I’m 5’1 and DH is 5’9. I’ve never really thought about height as everyone tends to be bigger than me anyway but I have noticed that nowadays when I rarely/never wear heels that a particularly tall guy is not for me. Feels weird walking alongside tall colleagues, I don’t like feeling almost childlike beside them when they’re over a foot taller than me.

I'm 5'4 and he's 6 foot.

I couldn't care less about height, although he's the shortest man I ever dated. Handy for passing things off the high shelves before we had dc, who are now both a fair bit taller than him.

As a taller woman I couldn’t date a shorter man. It’s nice to have my husband taller.

I’m 5’5 my Husband is 6’3. I like big men. Tall, muscly, sturdy, just big 🤷‍♀️😆

I'm 5 7, he's 6 foot so 5 inches. It's perfect for me.

Ten inches difference. The car seats adjust themselves automatically to suit.

We don’t share cars. He has his big car and I drive a teeny car. He looks ridiculous in my car 🤣🤣🤣

Reminds me of a woman I used to work with who constantly wittered on about how her son was 6ft.

A foot when we were younger, probably slightly more now osteoporosis has set in. He's still 6'2". Always liked tall men.

I’ve gone out with average height men and with men my own height. Even when they were lovely I never felt any physical attraction to them. Every man I have ever been attracted to was taller than me.

I’m 5’8” and Dh is 5’10”. I once went out with a guy who was 6’4” and it was too tall for me. I like the close height, we fit together well!

5'6 and 6'4 which is perfect for me. My two exes were also 6'4. Seems to be my preferred height!
