The Labour candidate seems perfec5 to me - but even if she was terrible in what way is she being ‘foisted’ on anyone? She’s standing for election. If people don’t like her they don’t have to vote for her.

We have to assume everything that comes out of Yusuf’s and Jenrick’s mouth is part of their pitch to Reform sponsors and voters. They are in desperate competition to take over from Farage.
Although that doesn’t make their comments less grubby.
