Conspiracy theories all over MN now! One poster is claiming that the government is proposing to block videos on SM in times of emergency. Poster in question often posts utterly batshit untruths so I suspect this is another.

I think there is quite a bit of internal conflict for right wing voters - do they want to suggest its a wrong move by the government given Badenoch's support. Or do they want to pretend its indicates authoritarian over step.

The same people that months ago argued in favour of the Australian ban are now struggling to support this one.
