Is this going to be Green councils, or Green MPs, where the camps are based though? I guess it’s probable there’ll be a big crossover though - but could occasionally cause a difficulty of yay or nay. Not that they’ll be doing this - hopefully never get the chance to either.
Did anyone report them for getting votes by threats?
Re fly tipping - it’s abhorrent- it surprises me to see so much on some open/country roads when I know for a fact there’s actually a local tip that was more than likely nearer. I think we all need to tidy the U.K. up - I dropped a bus ticket on the floor as a child once, and an elderly man stopped me and made me pick it up - rightly and I was just scared he may know my parents/school - I can’t imagine telling a kid to do that nowadays. The amount of McDonald’s and cans in my local river is also appalling.
I thought maybe these protesters who want a nicer U.K. could get litter picking and river/canal clearing as a better hobby than shouting abuse in the street - maybe not.
