Heard of him? Probably not, because there seems to be an almost complete news blackout about him. Basically the police handcuffed him and let him bleed out because they thought he may have said something racist - he didn't, it was a lie told by his murderer. Henry was 18.

And given that you are suggesting that she has one - an agenda - it makes it even more important that it is acknowledged. What happened to Henry is woeful - the police have blood on their hands and need to be accountable.

What - by the way - is your agenda, commenting as you have ?

My agenda? To call out shit stirrers and perpetual victims.

rolloverbeethoven · 30/05/2026 15:50

Some sources HAVE reported the facts I'm grateful that they did. I can't get the thought of this poor boy being allowed to die out of my head, it's heartbreaking.

Which specific facts has the news omitted, and if they have not been reported, how are you aware of them?

lol, I had pretty much the same questions as you!

JuliaBraverman · 30/05/2026 15:51

We all know that the msm is biased.. the problem is that police are now failing to protect victims due to woke ideology

5MinuteArgument · 30/05/2026 15:52

Police training needs to be reconfigured. They've become so frightened of being accused of racism that they can't see what's happening with their own eyes. That's why the grooming gang scandal went on unchallenged for years in many cities and towns across the UK because they wanted to preserve community cohesion.

Trouble is it has the opposite affect.

TooBigForMyBoots · 30/05/2026 15:52

Yes I know who he is and what happened to him.Sad

It's been on the news all week @rolloverbeethoven.Confused

rolloverbeethoven · 30/05/2026 15:52

@Groobey do you not think that shit SHOULD be stirred about this? Then shame on you.

It is awful, absolutely awful. And you would have come across more sincere and legitimate starting a thread about awful it was and how could the police be so stupid, rather than claim nonsense about a media blackout.

A legitimate thread about it would have allowed any missing facts to be discussed but instead you’ve started it by lying about a cover up.

Groobey · 30/05/2026 15:54

rolloverbeethoven · 30/05/2026 15:52

@Groobey do you not think that shit SHOULD be stirred about this? Then shame on you.

No, I don’t think shit should be stirred. I think the truth should be shared, and discussed. Not the nonsense about a blackout in your OP.

So I have nothing to be shamed about, thank you.

You, on the other hand…

Exactly as I thought - thanks - you explain it well and at least you don’t deny what you are clearly trying to do …

TotalBaloney · 30/05/2026 16:02

rolloverbeethoven · 30/05/2026 15:46

Okay, the news has been omitting many of the facts, and the source that I usually look at has ignored the story altogether. Better?

What is your usual source for news?

dodgeThePot · 30/05/2026 16:02

@5MinuteArgument
Totally agree
RIP Henry
massively failed by the police those that we turn to for help

5MinuteArgument · 30/05/2026 16:03

The police were very quick to say that nothing could have been done to save Henry's life. So if the officers had acted appropriately and given him first aid, that would have made no difference from what they did do, which was to tie his hands behind his back while he lay dying.

Absolute disgrace and grossly negligent.

JuliaBraverman · 30/05/2026 16:03

Shit stirring on here is hardly crime of the century. Drawing attention to the woeful state our country is in is more important to me.

rolloverbeethoven · 30/05/2026 16:05

To those who think there hasn't been a cover up, this happened in December.

PixieMcGraw · 30/05/2026 16:05

I was aware of this story when it happened because DS was a student at the University.
I am uneasy with the reporting because even when Digwa was found guilty the media still reported his (false) defence that he had been racially abused.
And the Police investigating themselves? Yeah. When arrested Nowak said 'I have been stabbed'. One officer replied 'no you haven't mate'. Bear in mind there was a trail of blood including a slash to Nowak's face.
He was 18. Just awful.

HermioneWeasley · 30/05/2026 16:06

I can’t stop thinking about his poor parents. What happened to Henry is every parents’ worst nightmare.

i think it is time for a discussion about Sikhs being allowed to carry knives. I generally have enormous respect for the Sikh community who are decent, hard working and community minded, but one violent man has brought the community into disrepute and a child is dead.

CieloElmers · 30/05/2026 16:06

I have seen it reported. So very sad, cannot understand how the police wouldn’t have seen him bleeding!

It seems that he was just walking home and the other boy attacked him out of nowhere for no reason from what I have read?

rolloverbeethoven · 30/05/2026 16:07

Just heartbreaking @PixieMcGraw . I have no agenda, I just feel so sorry for this child, because that's pretty much what he was, and for his poor family.

TooBigForMyBoots · 30/05/2026 16:08

The news blackout shite is a conspiracy that's regularly churned out by GB News. Martin Daubney trotted it out about this very case earlier in the week.Hmm

None of it's true as anyone who watches proper news or reads a paper would tell you.

GingerBeverage · 30/05/2026 16:09

I saw a couple of reports, nothing particularly in-depth. And I was left wondering how his family are doing, because they weren’t mentioned.

5MinuteArgument · 30/05/2026 16:09

The police do a very difficult job, as evidenced by the appalling violence they dealt with at Manchester Airport. However I think their training needs a rethink. They cannot let the fear of being called racist cloud their judgement. They should police without fear or favour.

RIP Henry.

JuliaBraverman · 30/05/2026 16:09

We have established there wasn’t a news blackout

JuliaBraverman · 30/05/2026 16:10

I feel so deeply for his family who yes I have read nothing about.
