Another big day: Starmer is in trouble (though it all sounds very dodgy, as that Mandelson had not MI6 clearance had already been published twice before this month...), Trump is back to threatening power plants and hell, the "ceasefire" (real name- lessfire) is about to end and showing serious crumbling signs, and Iran may not attend this round of talks.....
We are getting to the end of the second month of this war. Next month reserves would actually drain out. The economic war will get to a full on crisis, with power cuts and hungry people in more countries than we think. The international meetings about turning away from US are multiplying. And they are not gentle to the US. Also, completely irreversible. US has commited full on international stand suicide by now, at the hands of Trump. Nothing will ever be the same with transatlantic relations. Ever.
If the warring parties insist in continuing this any longer and it gets into May, they are going to have the full on wrath of the world poured onto them.
Lammy has just come back saying that all US government seems fully aware of the finantial implications of this war.... yet, they do carry on. They are beyond stupid!

On the other hand I don't think the situation with the rest of the world and the US is irreversible if they come to their senses and vote the tossers out. But who knows. Agreed, but I don’t get it, if he has single-footedly trampled all over the US Constitution, and done away with all the famous “checks and balances”, with the aim of turning it into a hereditary dictatorship, why can’t others band together and decide to ignore it in the same way he has done? I’d like to imagine Melania being rounded up as an illegal immigrant, to be imprisoned for ever in an unknown holding cell by ICE, and DT being shot and killed as he tried to protest against her being taken away. But that would never happen, DT would never intervene to save someone else’s skin.
