What song did you walk down the aisle to?

My DD is getting married next year and we have been discussing songs for her to walk down the aisle to.

She is quite 'alternative' and not at all 'soppy' (her words not mine!) and doesn't want anything too lovey dovey.

So what did you chose and why? I may get some sneaky good ideas for her 😜

For reference when I married my DH I walked down to Chaka Khan 'Love Me Still'

DH suggested ‘whoops I did it again’ as it wasn’t my first marriage - what a wag, but we went for Kashmir (instrumental version ).

No secular music allowed in our church. I didn’t mind, I’m not religious but I love a hymn. I had Jesu, Joy of Man’s Desiring sung by a choir.

So I tried arguing Pachelbel was cultural rather than religious, but they weren't having it! So a lot of classical pieces are ruled out.

I do I do I do ‘reminds me of my favorite film ‘ Muriel’s wedding ‘ when she walked in to it! It’s a classic song and very apt.
