This popped up on my FB feed, not my local area. This would be at least double the price where I live and just wondered what it would be worth in your local area ?

In my local city

• naice area £385
• less naice area £275

It would be about £225k I imagine.

Approximately £130/135 as it's very well (imo) decorated.

About £250,000 NW England

Probably 10x that - and the garden wouldn’t be anywhere near as big.

They’d have probably done a fancy side return extension on it though.

Probably about £800k in my local area (London, innit).

Depends which area. Could be 85k in one suburb, or 230k in the Bit That's Technically Another Town.
