How much would this house be worth where you live ?

This popped up on my FB feed, not my local area. This would be at least double the price where I live and just wondered what it would be worth in your local area ?

Darlington is a bit of a mixed bag but has nice bits it's a small market town and it's on the East Coast Mainline so east to get to Newcastle/London/Edinburgh... As pp has said North East is a bit of a mixed bag.. same house could be 300/400 in a posh bit of Newcastle or 95k in the ex colliery parts of County Durham... All within 30mins drive of each other...

In my exact local area probably the same as that (we are only about 30 miles away though).

However is one part of my town it would be more like £120k whereas in another part of the same town it would be more like £300k plus

About £400k maybe a bit more. I'm in south Wales in a more expensive part but still cant believe the price in other parts of UK

My home town is not far away (and this house would be a bit cheaper in my home town) but I now live somewhere where this house would be over £500k. Yes, it’s all completely crazy.

About 550-600k - home counties town.

£1.2 to £900 ish. Not a surprise, London.

About £300k Cornwall
£400k if it was somewhere like St Ives or Padstow

Crazy how varies so much in price

and why south east for example is so much pricier

those in the north can’t grasp how insane prices are where I am

It would be about £1.2m on my street in SW London.

In my local area that would be about £360-400k. Bigger 3 bed terraces in the area can be up to £650k+.

South Manchester/Cheshire area £400k. Agree with the lack lustre kerb appeal comments, it doesn't do the inside justice.

750k in my bit of Edinburgh

£850-£875k - East London

Circa £300k, east Kent. Maybe up to £325k.

£350k North Bristol

around 200-250 depending on street nice town 45 minutes from Glasgow

600-650 hove

Where I am in Wales around £220k

That is my dream house, it is just lovely. If it were in the several "aspirational" parts of town where I am it would be about £300k - £375k but it it was round nearer to where I am it would be about £200k.

In my part of Edinburgh, offers over £895,000 (so probably over a million).

350-400 here

I can’t see the square footage but I’d guess £1-1.2m around here (SW London).

It's gorgeous on the inside and the outdoor spaces are so lovely... Really love it and wish I could do that to mine. But round here I think about 575+ (edge of London, on tube).
