This popped up on my FB feed, not my local area. This would be at least double the price where I live and just wondered what it would be worth in your local area ?

About £350 -375 I'd guess. South West.

Lovely house! I’d say approx £200k here.

450k-ish, mid-Essex. But with a smaller garden. In a 'naice' but very trafficy part of town.

From the outside, slightly scruffy street with no parking, I'd have said about right, and I'm in (a not particularly nice part of) the SE.

The other picture make it look something special, but still very close to the road with no parking.

750,000-ish? I live in Bermondsey. Actually more like 850,000ish.

I should probably say non tourist small town.

in Kent near the sea it would be £400k (in laws have a similar one currently on the market).

It's very odd, I saw this house today too (although I do follow the estate agent) It's very well decorated isn't it? I don't think the exterior reflects how nice it is inside!

These types of house are very rare where I live and any that look like that are generally 4-5 bed but anywhere from 130k to 350k depending on area for a 3 bed terrace. But a red brick one with character would be towards the higher end
