This popped up on my FB feed, not my local area. This would be at least double the price where I live and just wondered what it would be worth in your local area ?

About £775 k - South West London (not the poshest part).

With that decorative style plus the garden, I can see it going for 700k or more where I live.

Probably about £250k, SW in a ‘deprived area’

Nice part of the area - £250k
Other side of the road (not so nice!) - £120k

£1.5 - Central London, obvs

£400-450k South West. Nice town but not a big place like Bristol or Exeter. It would cost less if you drive for 10 minutes to a neighbouring “not so nice” town.

I’m in the North West and it would probably be be about £250,000 to £300,000 .

Around £280-£300k on my street in West Yorks. A very similar house sold on my street recently for £260k but smaller, less outside space and no garage.

About £460,00 in Bath

£350-£400k, £500+ in most expensive neighborhood due to very good school
affluent area in the South West, not coastal, not second home area
