This popped up on my FB feed, not my local area. This would be at least double the price where I live and just wondered what it would be worth in your local area ?

About £775 k - South West London (not the poshest part).

SuzyFandango · 25/03/2026 21:56

With that decorative style plus the garden, I can see it going for 700k or more where I live.

plinkityplink · 25/03/2026 21:57

Probably about £250k, SW in a ‘deprived area’

Blueeberry · 25/03/2026 21:58

Nice part of the area - £250k
Other side of the road (not so nice!) - £120k

South Belfast, NI

MauriceTheMussel · 25/03/2026 21:58

£1.5 - Central London, obvs

Busbygirl · 25/03/2026 21:59

£580k south Manchester

Leopardspota · 25/03/2026 22:02

Crumbelina · 25/03/2026 20:22

Probably about £800k in my local area (London, innit).

Same, possibly 850/9 depending which road it’s on.

PurBal · 25/03/2026 22:04

£400-450k South West. Nice town but not a big place like Bristol or Exeter. It would cost less if you drive for 10 minutes to a neighbouring “not so nice” town.

SplodgeWaddler · 25/03/2026 22:04

700K

BlueandWhitePorcelain · 25/03/2026 22:05

£800,000 to £1 million in our neighbouring city. (We live in a small town and there’s not many of a house that age for sale at any one time).

OneNewEagle · 25/03/2026 22:06

Lovely home, similar to what I grew up in. In my home town probably £200k where I live now £300k plus.

bogginbluesticks · 25/03/2026 22:07

Central belt Scotland, about 200k.

Cinnamoment · 25/03/2026 22:07

Well over £1 million, maybe £1.5 million where I live.

Tonissister · 25/03/2026 22:07

About 750-800k.
SE, near London, nice area.

Crushed23 · 25/03/2026 22:09

Around $8m - $10m (no really).

Dollymylove · 25/03/2026 22:10

Nice area 180,00
Not nice 90,000
(NW England)

Thisistoo · 25/03/2026 22:10

£500K in edinburgh

RubyBirdy · 25/03/2026 22:10

350k-360k - sought after Greater Manchester area

MrsNathanDrake · 25/03/2026 22:11

Probably in the £650-700k bracket. I’m in Hove.

petiteoeuf · 25/03/2026 22:12

600k easy, maybe 800k given all that outside space

winnieanddaisy · 25/03/2026 22:13

I’m in the North West and it would probably be be about £250,000 to £300,000 .

PurpleFlower1983 · 25/03/2026 22:14

Around £280-£300k on my street in West Yorks. A very similar house sold on my street recently for £260k but smaller, less outside space and no garage.

Crikeyalmighty · 25/03/2026 22:15

About £460,00 in Bath

Krobus · 25/03/2026 22:15

£350-£400k, £500+ in most expensive neighborhood due to very good school
affluent area in the South West, not coastal, not second home area

floppybit · 25/03/2026 22:15

£350 - great house!
