Can I just check that everyone puts their knickers on first?

Reading a novel, someone puts their bra on, then their knickers. This is so obviously wrong I'm not sure I can read any more. If they get this so wrong, then nothing in the novel is to be trusted! Nobody ever in the history of the universe has put on their bra before their knickers, surely?

He's bang on, undies first, that makes sense, stop the wife ogling, then socks have to be before trousers as less friction when trousers go on and don't have to mess with the trouser leg when pulling socks up. Also don't do shirt before socks as you have to reach down and shirts can be a bit restrictive.
Shirt goes into trousers, so that is logically next.
Trousers last, et voila, makes total sense to me.

knickers/ socks first because they are in a drawer. Then whatever comes off the floor first. Sometimes I put socks on (fluffy) then realise I can’t get bottoms over them and have to take them off.

I freestyle, sometimes bra, sometimes knickers, sometimes balaclava first.

I think it should be enshrined in UK Law that it's nickers and then bras.

If people break this law. They should be made to go outside without them on freezing cold days.

Knickers first. Bra needs to go over the radiator for a few minutes because cold bras are the devil's work. Also I fasten my bra at the front and slide it round, and if there’s any dampness left from the shower it’s really hard work.

There’s no messing with knickers, start with the basics.

Agree with pants first - not that there’s much ogling left in a long marriage - and socks before trousers, of course. But the stage where he’s walking round in pants, socks and shirt? Not a good look, at any age.

I'm capable of getting almost completely dressed and then putting knickers on if knickers are downstairs and I'm upstairs 😂. If bra is in front of me, I might do bra first before going to get knickers from drawer.

Bra as soon as I get up - pre shower as I hate walking around without one even to make a coffee.

After shower it’s usually bra first as I don’t always wear knickers if I’m staying home - clean leggings every day.

I've no idea. I've never really thought about it. Will try and remember to pay attention in the morning and will let you know then.

I've got a itchy feet just now, so I've taken to putting my cream on them, and then my sox first 😳.

I had no idea I was in such disreputable company on here. The only possible exception to knickers first can be if it’s really really cold and you have socks to hand.
