For me it’s:

people who think that Michael Jackson isn’t a pedophile.

people who say things like “Londanistan” “Bradfordistan”

People who say “If the Holocaust is real, why do the tattoo numbers only go up to 5 digits”

OP posts:

People that watch stuff on their phones in public without headphones.
People that think men can become women.
People that write 'loose' instead of 'lose', especially when it's "I'm going to loose my shit'
People that threaten to home educated whenever a teacher tells their child off.
People that send their child to school without a coat when it's very cold or pissing it down.
People that say 'pacifically' when they mean "specifically".
People that dont know when to use to, too or two or their, there or they're (I think these people aren't educated, for whatever reason, sometimes through no fault of their own, rather than stupid).

People who write ‘we was’ instead of ‘we were’.

Never move to the Thames Estuary. You’d develop a nervous tic the amount it is used here.

Climbingrosexx · 05/02/2026 17:19

People who think their way is the only way and resort to insults and name calling if someone disagrees with them.

dailyconniptions · 05/02/2026 17:20

People who confuse your and you're.
People who confuse bought and brought.
People who don't understand that a dehumidifier will make all the difference and whinge about mould.

Judellie · 05/02/2026 17:21

People who think you can change sex (wtf?)
People who start threads on here whinging about the labour party and how awful they are, and flatly refuse to acknowledge that the conservatives made a heck of a mess of things for the past ten years plus - there's one every day!

jetlag92 · 05/02/2026 17:21

Vegans who think that their diet is healthy.
People who write Iv rather than I've.
Multiple badly drawn tattoos.

ArtificialStupidity · 05/02/2026 17:22

People with plastic grass
People who buy unnecessarily large cars
Vaping, particularly around children

curious79 · 05/02/2026 17:23

🍿 enjoying watching the intolerances emerge

Thehorticuluralhussie · 05/02/2026 17:23

Yay, I’m the first I think - apostrophes, please don’t write a plural with an apostrophe. Just wrong. Appreciate that trying to get possessives does seem to be tricky for some but surely not plurals.
Used to live in a town where the sign writer for a wedding shop clearly meant Veils but wrote Veil’s and then presumably in a panic added another apostrophe and ended up with Veil’s’s.
It’s probably still there.

Yellowhair · 05/02/2026 17:23

Oh yeah and people who block pavements so that I can't get past in my wheelchair

Busfriend · 05/02/2026 17:25

People in my town who are still putting flags up everywhere. It’s like a competition which is the most racist area to live

Prime Minister after Prime Minister keeping their heads down until they’re voted out so they can join the House of Lords instead of calling out Reform and actually dealing with their idiotic ‘policies’. If they actually called them out and dealt with it we wouldn’t be so at risk of the next government being Reform

Rubbish driving - tailgaters, not indicating, driving too fast, sitting in lanes 2/3

patooties · 05/02/2026 17:26

I use ‘lol’ but not when something is ‘funny’.

people using language who theirselves presume appears them to be more intelligent than themselves literally actually are.

rainandshine38 · 05/02/2026 17:26

People who read the Mail and the Express. Really stupid is Sun, Mirror.

People who vote Reform and people who voted for Brexit.

People who talk constantly. It demonstrates that they are not engaging their brain and it’s usually a constant stream of shite. People who don’t read and on forums just ask the same questions a simple search would have given them the answer for.

People who laugh at their own jokes.

People who post memes with romanticised shite on it. There’s lots of variables of this.

ReturnsAdministrator · 05/02/2026 17:26

JohnTheRevelator · 05/02/2026 17:28

People who write in one long never ending paragraph, with no commas. I've noticed this on Mumsnet quite regularly and I can't be bothered to read them as I find it exhausting!

CurlyhairedAssassin · 05/02/2026 17:28

CompanyOfThieves · 05/02/2026 16:24
