For me it’s:

people who think that Michael Jackson isn’t a pedophile.

people who say things like “Londanistan” “Bradfordistan”

People who say “If the Holocaust is real, why do the tattoo numbers only go up to 5 digits”

People who think that simply recognising that men cannot become women (or vice versa) is transphobia

Hear, Hear! 👏

Zov · 05/02/2026 17:41

The 'Free Palestine Brigade' who are UK born and bred and couldn't point out Palestine on a world map.

The Just Stop Oil types. Over privileged, middle class, trust fund types who glue themselves to the road, and the like...

Anyone who is a social justice warrior.

Anyone who is far left.

Anyone who is far right.

Anyone who thinks Social Housing is free, and everyone who is in social housing is unemployed. (People who think this are a special kind of dim!)

PhantomG · 05/02/2026 17:42

The recent trend of leaving words out of a sentence, e.g. "I'm going gym"

You're going to the gym (FFS...)

People who say 'go on, one won't hurt' or think 'one won't hurt' when they're going to be driving.
People who block pavements with their parking so wheelchairs & pushchairs can't pass.
Drivers who harass learner drivers.

Men who wolf whistle at women
People who attend big events when they're ill.
Covid Deniers

Very on topic - anyone who thinks Renee Good & Alex Pretti weren't murdered.

People who preach about diet/food
Anyone who says "Eat less/exercise more"
Anyone who asks if i've tried yoga/pilates (my chronic illness peeps will get this one)

Very niche - Anyone who goes on Animal Accounts on Social Media and tells the owners of said animals they're doing stuff wrong/accuses them of abusing their animals when its shetland ponies, or Huskies/Malamutes being outside in the snow... or Livestock Guardian dogs that live outside/in the barn with the animals they're protecting.

On that note - People who keep Livestock Guardian Dogs and other Working Breeds as house pets, don't exercise them or enrich them properly, then moan the dog is reactive, neurotic, aggressive and destructive.

Bertiebiscuit · 05/02/2026 17:43

Antivaxers are taking a bashing!! Im fully vaccinated and so are my children, but I have to admit I now know a few people who have been severely injured by the Covid vaccine and it has made me think…. (runs for cover!!!)

i'm not counting the covid or flu jab in my stance on ant-vaxxers, i think those are personal choice.. the childhood vaccines are not and shouldn't be.

Funnywonder · 05/02/2026 17:48

People who think that Covid is just a cold.

People who use the term ‘boomer’ and who think that said ‘boomers’ all behave exactly the same, think the same way and all had it easy financially. I’m not from that generation by the way. I’m just pissed off on their behalf.

Anti abortionists. Never met one who had two brain cells to rub together.

Owly11 · 05/02/2026 17:48

Eye opening thread - it seems people generally think others are idiots if they have a different perspective from themselves. I reckon that's who I judge as being an idiot.

BiteSizeByzantine · 05/02/2026 17:50

People who think conspiracy theorists are stupid whilst living in a world with Epstein files.

ViciousCurrentBun · 05/02/2026 17:50

Anyone with extreme political views and that’s both ends of the political spectrum

EarthlyNightshade · 05/02/2026 17:51

People who end sentences/arguments with "end of". With special mention for anyone who writes "end off".

People who think because something happened to a mate of theirs, that that invalidates years of scientific research.
People who think they've done years of scientific research because they've watched a few Youtube videos.

People who use AI for things they should use their own brains and research skills for.

Who made you the judge of AI use? AI is very handy if used properly. With properly being the operative word. Saves some initial research time and helps steer you to the right place, and you can always fact check.

Would you have told a librarian sitting on the enquiries desk in the pre-internet days that people should be using their own brains and research skills themselves and not bothering the librarian?

I love AI for trip planning. It's very useful for some things especially checking timings or or making suggestions for plans and itineraries and asking it "which is the better option?". An example: I nearly booked a connecting flight last week at Dublin airport which probably wouldn't work with the arrival time of my previous flight on a different airline, and certain conditions happening together. Without AI I wouldn't have known that on that day of the week security lines are much longer, airline arrival history suggested that delays on the first flight could be likely, it was 2 different terminals, the second airline has a very strict departure gate closing time so no last minute running through etc etc, and there was a real risk to not catching the second flight which on paper to me seemed to be at a perfectly reasonable time.

Yes, I could have done all that research separately myself but AI was able to tell me in 2 minutes and I booked a later connecting flight as a result. I've legged it through Dublin airport before after a delayed flight from the US and it was bloody stressful trying to make sure we made the connectint flight. We made it, but our luggage didn't and I didn't want to go through that again on this tirp.

ChillingWithMySnowmies · 05/02/2026 17:53

Anyone who thinks Long Covid, ME, and Fibromyalgia are made up when scientific research are proving they're very real.

1Audhdmum · 05/02/2026 17:53

Antivaxxers

Trump and Farage supporters

People who think ICE are acting reasonably in America and don't see the glaring patterns of history repeating themselves.

People who say "there wasn't any of this autism years ago".

Incels bleating about the male loneliness epidemic.

People ignoring the VAWG epidemic.

springawakeningss · 05/02/2026 17:54

gruit · 05/02/2026 16:02

anti vaxxers.
people who join MLMs
people who air their personal issues on social media
people who have a child with a new man to cement the relationship

Yeah pretty much all these

Needlenardlenoo · 05/02/2026 17:55

This morning on the train. A guy and his girlfriend refused to get off to let people they were blocking off (there would have been plenty of space to get back on as it's a school stop). So everyone had to push past them.

He said sarcastically to me "well it'd be convenient for you if I got off!" I mean yes, but DUH mate! Also for you? Because then you can be on your way too?!

1Audhdmum · 05/02/2026 17:55

Just realised most of mine are politics related.

I tend not to judge things like poor grammar or spelling, slow reaction times, lack of general common sense as I'm aware there may be reasons for these things so I don't judge.

CompetitionMyArse · 05/02/2026 17:55

transphobes

Islamophobes

Reform voters

Zionists

Brexit voting gammons

Tories

Republicans

Trump supporters

Katie Hopkins

People who watch GB News

People who are in denial that white privilege exists

People who think black people are racist against whites. They don't understand that it's only racism when there is historic power imbalance.

People who read the Daily Fail

People who thought Charlie Kirk was a good debater and not a plain old racist

People who think Jordan Peterson is highly intelligent

People who think too many people on PIP and too many immigrants are the cause of all our problems instead of looking at the billionaires who don't pay enough tax.

Only joking. None of the above.

ImWearingPantaloons · 05/02/2026 17:55

Anti vaxxers.
Anyone who gets caught up in an MLM.
Anyone who plans to vote for Reform and thinks they’ll make their shit life better.
Any fans of Trump, Farage, Robinson, Hopkins et al.
Anyone who refuses to follow medical
advice then still complains that their health issue is no better.
Anyone who says ‘pacificly’.

Looking at you, MIL….

Anti Vaxxers
Reform Voters

Mistyglade · 05/02/2026 17:56

People who side with men-dressed-as-women over actual women and almost everything pp have said, again.

Orphlids · 05/02/2026 17:57

Someone who starts a relationship with a man, knowing he has an extensive violent criminal history, and expect to be treated well by him.

People who think it’s okay to park their car on the footpath.

People who take their dogs into children’s play parks, ignoring the ‘no dogs’ signs.

People who refuse to engage in healthy debate with those with opposing views.
