What did you eat today?
I love reading what people have (and getting new ideas/recipes).
My new year new habit is to have a side of veg with each meal (and eat it first).

Breakfast - Sourdough toast with soft cheese & bagel seasoning, side of cucumber/tomatoes,

Snack - Crisps

Lunch - Stovies with beetroot (traditional in my part of Scotland)

Snack - Christmas choc (trying to get through this)

Teatime snack - Bowl of homemade lentil & veg soup, a couple of crackers

Dinner - I am going to a pub quiz so will have a wee something to eat from their bar bites menu!

L cottage cheese and ham.
blueberries

D toad in the hole, cauliflower, broccoli, red cabbage with apple and cranberries

S dried pineapple dipped in dark chocolate

lots of tea
Pepsi Max
coffee

Today

L salami and cheese pitta, apple, clementine, muesli bar, dried fruit stick

S grapes

D stuffed gnocchi with pesto, onions and mushrooms, mixed salad dressed with olive oil and lemon juice

Lunch - Skyr, oats, chopped pear, sunflower and pumpkin seeds

Dinner - homemade pulled pork loin, bubble & squeak made with potatoes, onions, carrots, savoy cabbage and cavolo Nero.

Snack - grapes

Drinks - five cups of tea, three Diet Cokes

D - Mushroom and lentil lasagne with broccoli and vegan lemon cheesecake
