Am wondering what the Little Treats actually involve?

OP posts:

I got a free jar of jam. Not sure whether I'll redeem it though, as we have fruit trees and our fridge is perpetually full of home-made jam.

Put it in the food bank collection on the way out the shop. Or hand it to someone on the way out.

As previous poster said put it in the food bank. Just cos you're okay...

Does anyone know what the third treat is this month please? So far I've had jam and £3 off. I don't know why but the money off is not as satisfying as a treat!

I had the Bonne Maman and chose wild blueberry (which is delicious) plus got a £3 voucher

Swash89 · 21/12/2025 10:31

Their app and loyalty scheme is the worst of them all.

Chewbecca · 21/12/2025 10:58

£7.50 truffles! Small box though.

WaffleParty · 21/12/2025 11:39

Free cinnamon knots and mince pies. £6 off a shop.

Crwysmam · 21/12/2025 12:45

I had a box of mince pies and a box of cinnamon biscuits. I did a hugely expensive shop on Thurs ( mainly booze) and have three more treats waiting. A jar of jam, £3 off next shop and a box of No. 1 Truffles.

Little treats are exactly what they are but I did have a £15 voucher for the big shop which paid for a bottle of Vermouth. DS and I are experimenting with vodka based drinks so started off with a good old vodka martini. It was delicious.

The vodka is by a local distillery, Piston, and has been distilled 5x, it’s so smooth you could drink it on its own. There is absolutely no after burn. Probably lethal for shots.

Tonight I will be trying a Moscow Mule, vodka and ginger beer. I rarely drink so this is my Christmas treat and much more fun drinking with DS (21) who is currently expert level drinker, as I was at his age.

He bought me a bottle of gin last year and I realised when I was sorting out the drinks shelf that I haven’t even opened it. It is Gin Mare, my favourite. I can’t believe I have overlooked it for the last 12 months which shows how little I indulge.

£50 was £1.50 off and £100 was 900ml innocent fruit juice : anyone reached £250?

LilyFeather · 07/01/2026 18:44

I had no1 truffles for my £250 treat

I’ve had bonne maman jam, chocolate biscuits and the £3 off

canuckup · 07/01/2026 19:12

I need to get onto this

Thanks. The £50 treat is boring but better than a poke in the eye with a sharp stick.

Im really annoyed as I put the truffles in my basket today but then they weren't free, the treat must have expired?

It’s usually 2 weeks to claim

NecklessMumster · 08/01/2026 14:02

Oh well, will just have to eat them then 😋

hottentot · 08/01/2026 14:58

£1.50 off and innocent juice

I would have thought they could adjust it to how much you spend with them. 🙄

NecklessMumster · 08/01/2026 15:02

Part of me thinks it's rubbish, too haphazard but then it obviously works as I have been known to visit just for my treat and then spend ££🙄

Tryagain26 · 08/01/2026 15:03

I had a pot of very nice jam and over Christmas I had a packet of cinnamon knots

Lollylavender · 08/01/2026 15:06

The £250 treat was a (tiny) box of overpriced truffles!

That was December’s treat, January’s will be something different

Ariela · 08/01/2026 16:14

Loads of things - cinnamon knots, mince pies, several money off vouchers.

Best to date was the No1 Pink Champagne truffles, they were yummy.
