I think it was in the last couple of days @PandoraSocks, I saw this yesterday from someone who collects old cars.

Brilliant idea. Make them accept unsafe cars so that they'll die in car crashes and save the state money. And there won't be any lawsuits at all.

I'm sure this must have been talked about but I haven't been on the usual threads much. If what Andrew did is bad enough to lose titles, home etc (and I'm sure it was bad enough) how come it's not bad enough for prosecution? Why aren't the police arresting him?
