Speaking of Fox, I came across this beauty recently!

ETA: Context - He wrote a song about Charlie Kirk, and this was the only comment...

This is what he said:

"Having grossly mislead the British public over the supposed benefits of Brexit which have turned out to be entirely false, Mr Farage is now turning his hand to trying to remove the U.K. from the ECHR with rather similar statements that
doing so will solve immigration issues. His speech was as shallow and incoherent as it was ill informed. It neglected to mention the benefits of membership or the economic and security costs of leaving. He trumpeted the benefits of the common law and Magna Carta, ignoring the fact that the Magna Carta was needed because the Common Law was deficient in curbing tyranny.

The ECHR has been rightly described as the Magna Carta of the 20th century. It protects our liberties. But as he is such an admirer of President Trump who is busy destroying the liberties of Americans and behaving tyrannically against his opponents we should not perhaps be surprised at his actions."

Dominic Grieve, Co-President, European Movement UK
and former Attorney General

Spot on Dominic.

I'm sure this must have been talked about but I haven't been on the usual threads much. If what Andrew did is bad enough to lose titles, home etc (and I'm sure it was bad enough) how come it's not bad enough for prosecution? Why aren't the police arresting him?

I guess because he denies wrongdoing and (if you ignore personal testimonies by women) there’s no real evidence. He’s losing his titles because the association with Epstein brings the RF into disrepute is what they would say, I reckon.
I agree though - these men need to face some real consequences.

Zonder · 31/10/2025 12:43

Thanks @cardibach

He no longer has the protection of a royal lodge, so depending on where he lives is the key to arrest. He denies anything happened in Belgravia because of the party at Pizza Express.

He's apparently moving to Sandringham - do you think with all this removed the police might come knocking? I would like to think so.

cardibach · 31/10/2025 13:45

I doubt it @Zonder
There doesn’t seem to be enough evidence once Miss Guiffre’s testimony was ignored. Him (or rather his mum) paying her so much money to go away does tend to undermine that though…

Zonder · 31/10/2025 13:45

Tragic.

PandoraSocks · 31/10/2025 14:17

Sultana is way out of her depth. There is no way I would vote for Your Party. Corbyn needs to accept that he had his chance and was rejected.

The Sandringham move has not been confirmed.

According to Marina Hyde he can no longer be prosecuted after the FBI dropped investigations. But I would argue it doesn't rule out the incident in Belgravia - her link is to the Telegraph.

They are still counting votes in the Dutch election but it looks like D66 will be the winner.

Wilders is already complaining om X about the Electoral Council not being independent.

Straight out the Maga handbook.

They all do it. Farage whined about tactical voting and will no doubt whine about PR ehen he fails to win Wales and whine about FPTP when he fails to win Westmister.

Have a Happy Halloween 🎃 everyone. We are having a spooky film night tonight. 👻 🧙‍♀️ 💀

Meanwhile some entertaining news about Laurence Fox, I particularly like the last paragraph 😆

That's brilliant 🤣

PandoraSocks · 31/10/2025 17:41

Fox really is the most repulsive bell end.

All those Right Wingers want barefoot and pregnant women in the kitchen.

Then they can complain about how little tax they pay.

Crocodile tears for Wilder, Boohoo. Great result for Rob Jetten and D66, plus those who they need to get a coalition.

SerendipityJane · 31/10/2025 18:13

I certainly have the receipts of all the people who were quite happy to be poorer if it meant sovereignty

ForlornLindtBear · 31/10/2025 18:35

Yes who knew ‘taking our country back’ would be so costly? Clue: anyone with half a brain
