The last thread of this is full and I’m starting this as I find it really helps me eat better if I log it here.

B: 1 fried egg, 2 slices of sourdough toast, mushrooms and grilled tomatoes
L: Italian restaurant.. had 2 starters.. calamari and a tomato and mozzarella salad
D: wasn’t very hungry so had a small bowl of veggie chilli with cheese on top.

Red wine.

Breakfast/Lunch - Scrambled tofu, avocado, peppers, spinach and mushrooms on toast

Dinner - Garlic chickpea and broccoli stir fry with rice

Snacks - Walnuts, almonds, tortilla chips and salsa

Drinks - Water, soy milk latte, oat milk hot chocolate

B banana pancakes, sliced banana and maple syrup

L sausage roll (one bite and chucked the rest as it was foul)
small slice ginger chocolate cake

D oven baked salmon fillet and cherry toms, steamed broccoli and noodles with hoisin sauce.

Appetite is back in the building!
B: White filter coffee, bowl of fruit and fibre with semi milk and a spoonful of gr yogurt
L: bowl of skin on cheesy fries and a cup of white earl grey tea (the chips were DELICIOUS)
Snack: several (too many) lebkuchen from aldi with apricot filling
D: Spicy cod stew (cod, peppers, garlic, tom puree, olive oil, chilli, spinach) with colcannon (sort of, no cream but mashed potatoes with milk and butter and salt mixed with onions and savoy cabbage well sauteed in butter).
Pud: mini aldi magnum icecream dupe
: decaf coffee

Mince pie and a chocolate coin for breakfast, in bed, no regrets
Lunch- tin of beef broth, wholemeal bread, butter, an apple
Dinner- prawn dumplings, a lot. Squash. Coconut flapjack.

Lunch - Crackers, houmous, grapes and walnuts

Dinner - Mushroom pie, roast potatoes, carrots, peas, brocolli and gravy

Snacks - Peanuts, Brazil nuts, Alpro protein yogurt

Drinks - Water, tea with oat milk, peppermint tea

B muesli and skimmed milk

L chili cheese bagel and stilton cauliflower soup

D pork and fennel meatballs, spaghetti and tomato pasta sauce.

Today:
Breakfast was porridge, dried apricots and cinnamon
Lunch: lentil and pumpkin soup, chocolate covered cranberries (which I am counting as one of the five a day, and to hell with it)
Dinner I think will be egg chips and beans. Or a cheese and onion omelette and toast.

Dinner - Quorn pasty, chips, peas and sweetcorn

D: left over cod stew and colcannon

B - porridge, blueberries, honey
S - banana
L - roasted veg and halloumi, green salad. Satsuma
S - a few nuts, apple, very very thin slither of chocolate Swiss roll.
D - miso salmon poke bowl with jasmine rice, carrot, radishes, beetroot, avocado, edamame beans and a soft boiled egg. Felt very restorative and healthy after a bit of a lardy weekend.

Dinner- a Christmas dinner pizza (Asda, not bad) with garlic bread.

Today-
Porridge, dried apricots, cinnamon for breakfast
Lunch- lentil soup, a pear
Dinner- will be smoked salmon and pasta of some kind I think.

sourdough bread with burrata,tomato and avocado

steak and broccoli noodles with teriyaki sauce
homemade no churn vanilla ice cream ( this is very delicious and proving impossible to ignore 🤦🏽‍♀️)
