Porridge, raisins, peanut butter for breakfast
Lunch: cheese sandwich
Dinner- fish fingers, peas, chips. Flapjack.
Four cream crackers and butter and a Horlicks.

Breakfast was a treacle scone and butter
Lunch- another scone with cheese grilled on top, and mushroom soup and an apple
Dinner- vegetable biryani, sprouts.

Dinner - Lentil and mushroom stew with mashed potato

Dinner is Chinese takeaway tonight, probably sweet and sour chicken.

An unusual breakfast- pork casserole, baked potato. (From the freezer which is being emptied ready for Xmas.)

Lunch- end of the mushroom soup, a banana

Dinner- leftover Chinese (bit of chow mein, some salt and chilli chicken, two chicken balls) and then chocolate birthday cake. Which I made and which is marvellous if I do say so myself.

Salmon air fried in paprika and oil with rice, cucumber, edamame, and a honey/mayo/sweet chilli/lemon juice sauce
