Weetabix, mixed seeds, oat milk and kefir for breakfast

brie and blueberry toastie (sourdough bread), 2 satsumas, 2 dark chocolates, handful of kettle chips

2 chocolate chip cookies

roast beef, roast potatoes, carrots, broccoli, cabbage, Yorkshire puddings.

2 tea, coffee, 2 herbal teas, 2 glasses of water, kombucha. Will have another water and herbal tea this evening.

what a superb day of food!

Lunch; beans & toast
snack: empire biscuit
Dinner: roast chicken salad wraps (spinach, cucumber, red pepper, tomato), with Moroccan hummus.

1 x black coffee
1 x oat milk latte
4 x litre water
2 x can Diet Coke

A slightly hungover day. Had a vegetarian breakfast in a cafe this morning with a mushroom, tomatoes, avocado, sourdough, halloumi, hash brown and beans. Was delicious.

Lunch was a piece of sourdough toast with marmite and some strawberriew

Dinner was about 5 slices of dominoes pizza

Lots of tea and an apple juice

I made some teacakes yesterday so breakfast was a teacake and butter.

Lunch- teacake, cheese, a pear, a yoghurt that the child decided she didn't like.

Dinner- onion rings, ketchup, three digestive biscuits.

Not much veg. Not really bothered.

Ooh, I like these threads - have been on a few before.

Today:
B - poached egg and half an avocado on a slice of seeded wholemeal bread, maple and pecan pastry
L - slice of Turkish flatbread, pate, chutney, cucumber.
S - 1xmultigrain cracker, 1 pear
D - homemade butter chicken, basmati rice, small piece of naan, mango chutney.
1 spoonful of Waitrose millionaires ice cream, 2 squares of Lidl salted caramel dark chocolate.
ALL the carbs, it seems...

B: Fuel golden syrup protein porridge, a banana, some raw green juice, and a Soreen blueberry cake bar

L: Prawn pasta salad, grapes, muller bliss yoghurt

D: Baked potato, cottage cheese, a yoghurt, and a gu salted caramel brownie.

2 cups of coffee with skimmed milk, an obscene amount of Cherry Pepsi Max, and a bit of water while I was running.

clementine, fromage frais yoghurt

S handful nachos

D Baked potato, half with tuna and sweetcorn, half with cheese, mixed salad, half corn on the cob

Lunch- going to make chestnut soup, wholemeal bread, probably an apple or a pear

Dinner- chickpea tofu curry, rice, steam bag veg, yoghurt. (Muller Mississippi mud pie flavour. They're ok. Slightly odd.)

dinner - lamb from the roast figs sugar snow cook book, with boulangere potatoes, sweetheart cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower and roasted carrots.
dessert of crumble and custard.

I can add yesterday, but it's not a typical day!

Yesterday was porridge with raspberries, walnuts & granola, lunch was a blt sandwich & crisps, snack was a large piece of key lime pie & cream, hot chocolate, lots of tea with milk, dinner was pizza, garlic bread, salad & homemade coleslaw, pot of fruit & 2 glasses of wine. Lots of water throughout the day

I woke up starving today so had an early morning piece of toast and marmite, then a bowl of fruit and fibre with chia seeds and strawberries. Small lunch of 1 egg on toast and a babybel. Small lunch as I'm making a roast later, with beef, potatoes, Yorkshire puds, veg and cauliflower cheese. DD is making a crumble for pudding

Nothing yet as I'm fasting. Will eat after my exercise class at 4 and am having poached salmon with salad. I'm on a fasting diet so no carbs at all. My treat later will be a large glass of wine and the thought is keeping me going atm

I've had a testing couple of weeks, so treated myself to a Starbucks breakfast before work today. Sausage sandwich and a small mocha. Popped into Home Bargains and got another chilled coffee to take into work.
A colleague had bought in a tub of Heroes, so I had about 4 throughout the day.
For lunch I had a chicken roll, a babybel, a peperami and bag of crisps.
Will start on dinner shortly, and am doing sausages, veg and potato slices.
