Yesterday

Breakfast - Porridge with oat milk, dried apricots, walnuts and seeds

Lunch - Lentil and tomato soup.

Dinner - Harissa roast cauliflower, roast potatoes, broccoli, peas, carrots, yorkshire pudding and gravy

Snacks - Alpro protein yogurt, garlic roasted chickpeas

Drinks - Soy milk latte, green tea, water

Quorn cocktail sausages, walnuts, Mrs Crimble bakewell slice

Muesli and raisins
Lunch- pasta with cream cheese, peas and lemon
Dinner- soup, couple of sausages.

A lot of Heroes chocolates.

Sainsbury meal deal (vegan duck hoisin wrap, diet coke and guac/chips).
Pot of pineapple and mango on the side

Bean and lentil chilli.
Two slices toast
Packet of roast seaweed
Portion of tin peaches

May have a yoghurt or banana later

dinner was a rasher it bacon, a poached egg and bubble and squeak with brown sauce.

White instant coffee and small piece bread pudding
Cup of tea
Half cheese and tomato sandwich ( tasted bland so binned the rest)
Three sugar ring doughnuts ( not sure what happened there, snackcident)
Small bag salted hula hoops.

Night shift last night so eating all over the place. 2am m and s mince pie and a cuppa. 4 am three quality street. 6 am white coffee. 9.30 pm two slices cheese on toast, cup of tea, a small bag crisps and two paracetamol. Hoping to be back to not after a long sleep tonight
