I have eaten a lot of bad stuff today. A ridiculous amount. I feel embarrassed, but I’m going to come clean about it.
Started off okay with porridge and fruit.
Had a packet of tomato Snaps and 2 Jammie Dodgers after my son’s football match.
Took the dog out for a walk and got soaked. Being full of cold this made me feel like shit. Instead of doing the sensible thing and eating healthy food and having plenty of fluid, I proceeded to hit rock bottom.
Pot noodle and another packet of tomato Snaps. I knew it was a bad idea to buy loads of Snaps, but I felt compelled to when I found out they aren’t being made anymore. I have never really liked Pot Noodles. I don’t know why I bought it. I discovered I still don’t like them. I hope I have learnt my lesson.
2 bottles of beer whilst snuggled with my soggy dog watching Netflix.
Chinese to finish. I only managed half of that. Not surprising really.
I have just had a fruit smoothie for balance!
I never eat like this normally.
