Yesterday

B 2 slices toast, fried egg, ketchup

L slice of bread with jam and cream cheese

D air-fried breaded fish fillet, chips, peas and 2 slices of bread

So much bread!!! Whoops...

Today-
Breakfast: Bath bun, omelette with sprouts and garlic
Lunch- marrow soup, sausage roll
Dinner- tuna mayo jacket potato, maybe kidney bean salad, hazelnut yoghurt.

Porridge, raisins, peanut butter
Lunch- marrow soup and sausage rolls
Dinner - crispy salt and pepper duck (frozen, no idea what it will be like) with rice and some kind of veg. Hazelnut yoghurt.

Scrambled egg and guacamole on sourdough toast
2 slices of toast with honey
Bar of chocolate (maybe 2 Blush)
Salmon with potato salad, beetroot, broccoli and carrots

My meals are generally ok but I have a chocolate addiction. Normally for lunch I would have soup or nothing, I’m usually ok with 2 meals a day.

Porridge and raisins for breakfast.
Lunch- very dry Bath bun and cheese because I was rushing to get to work and didn't want to buy something on the way.
Dinner- ox cheek done in the slow cooker with celery, carrots and gravy, with rice and butternut squash. Biscuits, because I succumbed to temptation and bought a box of broken biscuits.

Breakfast is porridge and I have run out of raisins so I've put glace cherries in, and pumpkin seeds
Lunch- treacle wholemeal bread, cheese, a pear
Dinner - end of the ox cheek made into soup with pasta and squash. Biscuits.

D: Mushroom risotto and poached egg.
Bedtime: White hot chocolate with coconut milk. I may have a choc biscuit with this

Breakfast- treacle wholemeal bread, apple butter

Lunch will be out so probably Morrisons cafe as the child will eat there, and I'll probably have an all day breakfast (you can't really go wrong with an all day breakfast)

Dinner- I fancy making some kind of prawn thing. And then biscuits.

Well it turns out you can go wrong with an all day breakfast when they run out of sausages, so I had fish and chips instead, which was quite nice.

Cheese and piccalilli sandwich for dinner. Some chocolate coins.

I have eaten a lot of bad stuff today. A ridiculous amount. I feel embarrassed, but I’m going to come clean about it.

Started off okay with porridge and fruit.

Had a packet of tomato Snaps and 2 Jammie Dodgers after my son’s football match.

Took the dog out for a walk and got soaked. Being full of cold this made me feel like shit. Instead of doing the sensible thing and eating healthy food and having plenty of fluid, I proceeded to hit rock bottom.

Pot noodle and another packet of tomato Snaps. I knew it was a bad idea to buy loads of Snaps, but I felt compelled to when I found out they aren’t being made anymore. I have never really liked Pot Noodles. I don’t know why I bought it. I discovered I still don’t like them. I hope I have learnt my lesson.

2 bottles of beer whilst snuggled with my soggy dog watching Netflix.

Chinese to finish. I only managed half of that. Not surprising really.

I have just had a fruit smoothie for balance!

I never eat like this normally.

Appetite still a bit rubbish after a virus.
B: white filter coffee
Lunch: half an m&s prawn sandwich, some mango, and a diet coke
Tea: half a prawn sandwich and some full sugar coke
1/4 of a chunky choc cookie

Honestly, everything tastes awful and I dont know what I want to eat!
