Breakfast - sourdough toast with bovril
2 coffees
lunch - bagel with scrambled eggs
Snack - 1 x Mr Kiplings Halloween French fancy & cup of tea
Tea - veggie burger with salad
Now - small packet of chocolate buttons and a camomile tea

Yesterday

Breakfast - Shredded wheat with soy milk, berries, walnuts and mixed seeds

Lunch - Bean soup and toast

Dinner - Tofu, edamame, baby corn, mushrooms, peppers and onion stir fry with rice

Snacks - Alpro protein yogurt, vegan chocolate cupcake, itsu seaweed thins

Drinks - Soy milk latte, green tea, water

Today will be a better day than yesterday, even though the Costco muffins are still tempting me.
So far,
B overnight oats with greek yogurt on top
L reduced fat hummus and cucumber, some pumpkin seeds
D will be Hello Fresh cheesy tomato risotto with pea shoot salad
I have had a vanilla matcha and a green tea so far.

lunch - pulled pork and apple sauce roll
dinner - steak pie, mash and garden peas and baked beans
i have a crème brûlée cookie cup for dessert from the bad girl bakery in Inverness. It looks immense.

Banana ,Greek yogurt,sultanas and granola

homemade roasted pumpkin and sage soup with seedy toast and butter and grated gryere cheese in the soup

will be - teriyaki salmon,stir fry veggies and rice with lime and coriander

Lunch - homemade soup (chicken, lentils, veg)
Tea - noodles with satay chicken skewers and veg

3 teas and a coffee.

Lunch - Buddha bowl with rice, chickpeas, avocado, lettuce, sweet potato, tomato, cucumber and garlic dressing

Dinner - Leftover bean soup with toast

Snacks - Walnuts, peanuts, dark chocolate

Drinks - Orange juice, soy milk latte, water

Couldn't be arsed with breakfast

Dinner- hotpot and peas.

Fruit and Fibre cereal with grated apple/milk

Sausage, mash, carrots, Savoy cabbage and onion gravy for a late lunch at 2.30pm.

Not cooking tonight, still full from lunch, might have some tea and toast after Strictly if feeling peckish.

crisps and a Freddo in the car
McDonald’s new Canadian burger (half) a couple of mac and cheese bites and a couple of black pepper and garlic nuggets. And a smoothie.

we were travelling so it was a nibbly day!

not feeling hungry today, need to get my eating back under control.

lunch - maybe soup
dinner - roast gammon, roast potatoes and tonnes of vegetables.

Today- on trains so I had a peanut butter sandwich, two almond fingers, salt and vinegar Hula Hoops, four Choco Leibniz, and just got home and had a bowl of pasta with butternut squash and cheese sauce with peas.
