Back to normal today after a few days of feeling awful and not eating much.

Breakfast - Porridge with oat milk, berries, walnuts and seeds
Lunch - Rice, chickpeas, sweet potato, lettuce, tomato, cucumber and garlic dressing
Dinner - Vegan sausage, mashed potato, peas, broccoli and gravy
MSnacks - Peanut butter and oat bar, Itsu seaweed thins
Drinks - Water, soy milk latte, tea with oat milk, peppermint tea
