bagel with butter and lime marmalade and a filter coffee, apple and mango juice
some dried peach halves
latte, bag of pom bears, half a tuna baguette, spider sweet!
shortbread biscuit
slice lemon drizzle and a cup of tea

Better eating planned for tomorrow as back from holiday.

tropical fruit mix ( defrosted) museli and Greek yogurt

wrap with houmous,feta,spicy beetroot and salad
small bag proper chips

sausages ,mash,peas and broccoli with onion gravy
brownie,ice cream and sour cherries
we had our lovely ,elderly neighbour round for dinner hence a pudding !
large glass red wine

Back to normal today after a few days of feeling awful and not eating much.

Breakfast - Porridge with oat milk, berries, walnuts and seeds

Lunch - Rice, chickpeas, sweet potato, lettuce, tomato, cucumber and garlic dressing

Dinner - Vegan sausage, mashed potato, peas, broccoli and gravy

MSnacks - Peanut butter and oat bar, Itsu seaweed thins

Drinks - Water, soy milk latte, tea with oat milk, peppermint tea
