Hmm...holiday day so not the best...
B - scrambled egg and avocado on sourdough toast; another slice of sourdough toast with butter and rhubarb jam
L - goats cheese, mushroom and caramelised onion pizza, pint of cider
D - nothing yet, but I'm drinking red wine and grazing on crisps, nuts and olives. There will be cheese, crackers and chutney later but I'm still full of pizza - it was BIG!

Dinner lamb wrap, left over roast lamb cooked with peppers, onions, fajita spice and some miso honey.

Dinner - Pork and apple sausages with onions, cabbage and mashed potatoes.

Drinks Tea and Lime Juice with sparkling water

S cinnamon swirl and ice cream (after a 16 km hike!)

Breakfast- porridge, chia seeds, raisins, pumpkin spice
Lunch- wholemeal bread, cheese, carrot sticks, banana
Dinner- chickpea tofu in a different curry sauce, rice, steam bag veg, yoghurt.

Dinner - Lentil and bean chilli with rice

Breakfast is porridge, chia seeds, raisins, pumpkin spice
Lunch- cheese and apple chutney sandwich, banana
Dinner- cheese and onion flan with oaty pastry, steam bag veg, cabbage, parsley sauce. Child has requested puff puff for pudding so probably some of those.

Yesterday - so much crap I can't even bring myself to write it down.

Today - b - porridge, blueberries, banana, honey
L - beans on sourdough toast, grated cheddar, brown sauce (lunch of the gods)
S - 2 cadburys chocolate sandwich biscuits.
Dinner will be pork carnitas, rice, salsa and salad.

B - Sainsbury's own brand fruit and fibre (fruit was very lacking though!), a bowl of strawberries and raspberries.

Snack - was starving and had an hour long meeting booked over usual lunch time so had carrot sticks and a babybel, and a few leftover boiled new potatoes in butter

Lunch small portion of leftover bean chili with rice and cheese

Dinner half a mushroom, marscepone and ham pizza with rocket salad

Today breakfast is tropical granola and Greek yoghurt.
Then we're going to stay with family for the half term holiday so we'll be on trains all day. Taking scones, cheese, apples and crisps.
Dinner is whatever there is when we get there!
