The last thread of this is full and I’m starting this as I find it really helps me eat better if I log it here.

Breakfast - Weetabix, raspberries, walnuts and almonds

Lunch - Banana, peanut butter and chia seeds on toast

Dinner - Butternut squash, mushroom and chickpea stew with mashed potato

Snacks - Booja Booja chocolate orange truffles

Drinks - Oat milk latte, coke, water, green tea

B; bacon and mushrooms in a white roll
L: Picnic as walking: Ham salad brown roll, crisps, satsuma
S: Tea and 3/4 massive fruit scones in a cafe
D will be: breaded chicken and rocket in a seeded wrap, 2 corn on the cob mini things, possibly a few chips
S: Hot chocolate with coconut milk, maybe a yoghurt (muller bliss - look v tempting)

No lunch
Early tea\dinner - pork chop, salad and new potatoes
Pudding - a Frys peppermint cream

3 teas and a coffee.

-White seeded roll with fried halloumi, mashed avocado, pickled red onion, mayo and chilli sauce, 2 x white filter coffee
-four walnuts
-tea x 2
-chilli prawn filled pasta with fried aubergines, peppers, onions, mushrooms, garlic, cream and cheese (small portion)
-home made pineapple upside down cake and cream
-small glass cider

Yesterday

Breakfast - Porridge, raspberries, almonds, Brazil nuts and chia seeds

Lunch - Tofu, houmous, tomato, cucumber and lettuce wrap

Dinner - Bean, lentil and vegan cheese bake with broccoli and green beans

Snacks - Walnuts, dark chocolate

Drinks - Soy milk latte, tea with oat milk, peppermint tea, water

Today: muesli
Lunch- I think it's vegetable soup
Dinner is spaghetti Bolognese.

We're not at home this week so food is a bit different.

Small fulfill protein bar- chocolate caramel.
Four mini Reeces cups.
Hot chocolate with whipped cream.
M&S pistachio and almond cookie.
Half a birthday cake flavour grenade bar.
Three toffee apple soreen bars.
About 8 green grapes.
Few bits of home made focaccia.
Few bits of salami and Serrano ham.
Bit of soft goat cheese.
Bit of lettuce.
Three glasses of white wine.
Hardly any water!

That looks like I'm a sugar addict right? Must do better today. Maybe try more grapes less shit?!

Apple crumble if space. Unlikely.

Right...back from holiday, back to work, I'm going to start making myself accountable!
Today:
B - porridge, blueberries, flaked almonds, banana, honey
S - banana
L - roasted spiced veg and chickpeas, salad. Satsuma
S - Apple
D - aubergine and tomato pasta, Parmesan, salad, 3 dates.

Today I had-

Tea w milk and 2 sugar.
Small cappuccino w sweetener.
Half an Oreo grenade bar.
Four mini Reeces pb cups.
Chunk of soft turron (amazing Spanish sweet made of almonds and honey)
Bite of a freshly cooked home made cinnamon bun. I used too much butter in the recipe which made them even better!
Two glasses white wine.

Desperate to have cinnamon buns for dinner but going to have Waitrose fish pie and green beans or peas and carrots. Prefer Charlie Bingham but it was sold out. But need some kind of attempt at real food?! 😞

Can I join in? Trying to make myself more accountable. Yesterday was a good day. Today, not so much!
B overnight oats with apple and blueberries topped with greek yogurt
L we went to Costco so I bought blueberry muffins and had one for lunch with a cup of tea
D because of aforementioned muffin, I made a smoothie with banana and peanut butter and almond milk

Need some easy, low ish cal dinner ideas.
