Pull up a chair for some friendly chit chat about politics, cats, dogs and much more

Taxes optional but greatly appreciated.

We can all rest safely in our beds now 😂

This twat looks like he's been raiding a kids' dressing up box. He needs to grow up.

DuncinToffee · 01/10/2025 16:59

It's gone from 'can't vote Labour because they don't know what a woman is' to 'they made me vote Reform because of hurty words'

I have no time for avenging warriors who can't spell.

Ozark - a good series with some very strong female leads.

DuncinToffee · 01/10/2025 17:33

I loved Ozark, Ruth and Darlene were my favourites

I can't get my head round that one. Calling Reform supporters mean names makes non-Reform supporters vote Reform? It is batshit.

Starmer has rattled some cages on MN. More please!

BIossomtoes · 01/10/2025 17:40

Oh, “they think women have penises” has made a return. These people are beyond ridiculous.

Karistyleaftea · 01/10/2025 17:40

I loved Ozark!

Meanwhile, speaking of flies banging their heads on the glass again, and again, and again .... the Home Office maintains it's legendary "haven't a clue" gold status award for the 25th year running.

Makes you proud to be British.

What I find exhausting is that we aren't allowed to mention Reform's desire to abolish the two child benefit cap, but when Labour do it, it's a disastrous idea. The cognitive contortions are Olympic level.

Buyer's remorse. They've paid in to fund the lifestyle that unfortunately they are never going to get.

Obviously pyramid selling is no longer legal. That's quite obviously not what I'm suggesting at all.

I refer you to the graphic upthread. Some Reform voters are enjoying their new found lease of democratic respectability since the National Front and EDL rather queered the pitch.

Ironically, racism is the new black.

I think some of people just love a bit of drama (Mick).

There's no positive vibes, nothing to enrich us. It's every man (preferably) for themselves. Maybe they love the misery.

PandoraSocks · 01/10/2025 20:19

Oof. The Reformites are vicious tonight. They don't like the truth, do they?

DuncinToffee · 01/10/2025 20:32

Don't be mean Pandora, freeze peach don't like hurty words.

Ask the MN Reform posters about policies, costs and funding and you get silence.

They just tell you that Reform can't be as bad as Labour. No point in engaging with them.

The introduction to this programme is shocking.

Not really sure that's news. Is there anyone who did know this ?

Supporting Reform is not an intellectual exercise.

(although supporting Labour must be an exercise in patience and endurance)

A custody officer talking about nipple stimulation and wanking within a workplace is news to me. Plus the racism.

Piggywaspushed · 01/10/2025 21:52

It's a tough watch. It's not news but it needs to be seen.
