BeardofHagrid · 13/06/2025 18:18

The owner of hate forum Tattle Life has today been legally named as Sebastian Bond. He also goes by the alias Bastian Durward. He has tried to flee to Asia to avoid paying his legal costs.

Do you have a link?

It's all there on reddit, there's quite a few threads.

Jamfirstest · 24/06/2025 15:38

Have some of the tattle threads disappeared? I’m not a member but I read a few threads on some influencers (helps me fall asleep) and some are now inaccessible….no one that high profile mind.

They’re acting confident to try and stop people posting on tattle.

Just stop watching morons on TikTok. This has the added bonus of reducing their revenue from views and interactions, and hopefully influencers are one step closer to oblivion.

Most of them are on tattle bitching about their competitors. Chill out.

The influencers want you to think that, so no one outs the grifting they are carrying on doing.

Most influencers and some other celebs will shit themselves as they have tattle accounts as well! Just like some of them have MN accounts!

I have a tattle account and I'm not worried.

No.

What's happening now is these influencer people are trying to scare people who have said unkind things about them.

However, since it's not illegal to say things that are critical, rude (or even downright cuntish), there's not much to be done for comments that don't cross that line into unlawful. Which is the vast majority of them.

I do think though that if people are so scared about the possibility that what they said might be traced back to them, it's a sign that they probably shouldn't be saying it.

If they cant stand up and claim their opinion publicly, maybe they shouldn't be expressing it at all.

But otoh some of these influencer people range from neglectful to batcrap crazy and unleash their rabid dogs at the slightest provocation so it's hard to have sympathy all round really.

scoopoftheday · 24/06/2025 18:22

I saw one influencer today saying they had such a bad weekend after reading comments on "that website"

She seemed to be saying there better be no family members on it, seemed like she thought some of the comments came from people she knew.

It would be awful though, looking around wondering who said what about you. Even though I know they put themselves in the public eye.

Don’t post shite on the internet then. Don’t flog your kids privacy, flog dodgy shit and cry that your kids will go without when you get caught.

Job done.

MyRootinTootinBaby · 24/06/2025 19:21

Every now and then I see a message on fb that says something like “Does anyone want to come forward to own up to hitting my car before I go through my cctv?” and I think that it’s obvious that they don’t have cctv and they’re using the only tactic they can to force a confession from someone. This seems to be what influencers are now doing to try and out people. I don’t think there’s any actual way that they can track down all of these people.

HolaEspanola · 24/06/2025 19:42

Exactly. Look at the Sands- they carried on their case for 2 years without needing to make veiled threats on social media.
If you’re shouting loudly about something it’s because you haven’t got the goods to back it up.

VeryStressedMum · 24/06/2025 22:04

I find this whole thing quite strange. I saw an influencer tell people to message them to apologise making out like they will be 'forgiven' and not included in the law suit. But it seemed like they just wanted the names of people.

I can't remember who it was it could have been someone whose reel was posted by another influencer.

I did see the post naming tattlers (I think Ellie grey) one of them was a breast cancer consultant. How on earth do they know that it's this person? How can a normal everyday person without special IT skills find out this information and be confident enough to post it publicly or can any old Joe Bloggs find out who anonymous people are on the internet?

@BreezyPombear oh I see I didn't realise people talked about themselves on there to such an extent they would reveal their identities. Also that's a lot of time spent by the influencer on there collecting and putting together information, but I suppose if it was me i would probably do the same too.

AutumnLover1989 · 25/06/2025 09:04

I think a lot of influencers and celebrities hate tattle because it goes against the image they want to portray and they hate it. I heard about the Scofield rumours on there about 5 years ago or more.

Sorry, I meant to ask yesterday, why are you stressed about this?

If you weren't stalking, making threats, messaging them off the board, then how is what you have done any different to gossip at work?

Please try not to worry - I'd say influencers have bigger fish to fry than someone saying they were driving on their phone or that they're fed up with influencers getting stuff for free.

It's not going to happen.

They can take individual harassment/defamation action if they wish

For harassment you would have to have done more than just comment on stuff they put in the public eye

For defamation they would have to prove the harm you specifically had caused them . If lots of others are saying the same thing they are pretty stuffed

It's going to be a high (and expensive) bar for them to meet.

People who did start stalking off line etc deserve to be worried. That's grim behaviour.

But if the influencers choose to post their life for public consumption then they really are not going to.have a legal remedy against people commenting on it

I really hope nobody is stupid enough to fall for that steaming heap.

I don't understand what you're ashamed about. Are you posting on Reddit about this too? If it's you, I seriously encourage you to turn off your computer and forget about online stuff for a while. Nobody cares, truly.

UsernameFail · 22/06/2025 08:04

Who is Dr Jessica? @LittlerCharlotte I see she has been vocal about Tattle, but I have never heard of her or several of the others as try not to follower influencers

You will find those who have been examined and uncovered the most are the most vocal now. "Dr" Jessica Taylor is a very concerning individual. I don't know if you're allowed to link to threads on here, but hers is easily retrievable. The thing is Tattle doesn't make shit up - or if it does, it's disproved/called out very quickly. The tattlers keep receipts, and that's why "influencers" are worried.

UsernameFail · 25/06/2025 16:09

Aaaah, thanks for coming back to me @LittlerCharlotteI went and found the Wiki which is frightening. I’ve also read a little bit of one of the threads - I found the posters very measured and clearly very knowledgeable about what is going on. Also the people who have worked for her have first hand experience. Yes maybe one disgruntled employee but 7??
It’s frightening.

i agree with you - the influencers being the most vocal are the ones where there is seem to be receipts - lots of receipts.

Yep. The Mods on Tattle take no prisoners. I was on the thread when they announced that the poster mouthing racist crap about an Influencer, was currently posting from the Seychelles. Where, it just so happened, the famous midwife Influencer was currently on holiday.

On Tattle, if you fuck around you find out.
