Alphabites, jetters, Billy bear, them little pots of raspberry ripple mousses/ice cream , pop tarts. Abbey crunch biscuits.

Just tried to google the Ginster’s thing and it comes up as an MN thread reminiscing about the ‘Pasty Italiano’. Lotta love out there for the pasta pie!

Phileas Fogg snacks, especially 'Punjab Puri'.

The 90s were the best!

I remember just underneath the cheese crust the sauce was like molten lava.
Took the skin off my lip 😢

Alphabites no sleepover was complete without a bag.

Tudor Crisps especially Salt and Vinegar and Pickled Onion.

Monster Munch did a Salt and Vinegar briefly in 1988. Amazing.

The pots of peach Melba you got in the freezer shop.

More 80s I guess but green Quosh in a picnic cup and put in the freezer for an hour. Mix with a spoon and home made slushy 😂.

Dressed Pims at Christmas in the 80s (mine was Coke) with sugar round the glass on Christmas night. My uncle made the best ones ever.

Them chocolate cigarettes i use to love them when I was pushing my doll in her pushchair playing single mums pretend smoking and pretending tic tacs where my meds 🤣🤣 the 90s where funny

Those packets of, almost spherical, biscuit that were kind of wafer like with chocolate inside and they had images ‘printed’ on each individual one. I say printed but was almost like it was lasered on, so was just a darker brown compared to the wafer.

Um bungo juice!! 10p mix bags and the proper sweet shop which weighed your sweets!

One thing I do really miss is the fangs which were covered in a powder. I've tried various versions over the years but none compare. Oh and I'm sure green turtles were more tangy than they are today.

Oh yes those little crispy ham & cheese pancakes! I found one at the back of my freezer recently.

I used to eat a lot of garibaldis in the 90’s because my dad loved them dipped in his coffee.

I used to eat Beanfeast when I was at uni- grim now. Loved fishfinger, mash and beans too. Loved chicken and bacon crispy pancakes. Would not touch any of these now😂

Finally, local curry places that actually made the curry from scratch rather than chucking a jar of sauce in with whatever veg or protein you've opted for.
I've finally found a place in town that does proper curries but it's been a 17 year quest.

Crispy pancakes. I bought some for DC a few years ago. They were awful with barely any filling!

DS2 loves the tinned meatballs. I cooked fresh ones once in homemade sauce. He said they were too meaty He's usually a total meat fiend, the more the better as far as he's concerned! Except when it comes to crappy tinned meatballs
