And the police that have to pick up the pieces when it all goes wrong, too. 6 cars whizzed past me on the morning of that attack at Frankland prison (and goodness knows how many attended from other directions).
I don't support capital punishment but I'm all for some people living very bleak, unenriched existence with the bare minimum of contact with other humans. (and the prison service is another one that should never have been privatised. That started happening by stealth all the way back in the 80s)
