I have attended many Christmas markets over the years. They are so crowded especially at the moment as German children finished school for the Christmas holidays. Frightening, my prayers are with all the victim's šŸ™

@pointythings is absolutely clueless. She said that Allahu Akbar is a slur! What ignorance towards Muslim people who consider it a very sacred blessing. Spreading misinformation.

Sweetheart, I did not say that. I said that a particular poster's claim that he said it (and he did not) was being used as a way to tarnish Muslims as terrorists. It's hardly my fault that you and yours were unable to understand this.

Exactly the biggest threat to society is the far left.

I thought you were concerned with preventing senseless violence and reducing radicalisation and weren't concerned about immigration?

How do you do link this to the far left and the threat you think they pose?

katter · 23/12/2024 12:18

DuncinToffee · 23/12/2024 12:08

Nowhere it states that he hated Germans or Christians, so why keep making things up

He did post about taking revenge.
He also told to the police that hes unhapoy about the treatment of Eaudi refugees in Germany.

PeasfullPerson · 23/12/2024 12:20

I think I’m done on this thread for now.

I hope the OP and others find some peace from their fears this Christmas, and whatever it is that is causing their reactions. It can be a funny time of year.

pointythings · 23/12/2024 12:20

'Allahu Akbar' must also not be misrepresented as an affirmation used in terrorism. It isn't. It is the first phrase used in a mosque's call to prayer, for a start. The poster who claims it is a call to terrorism is the ignorant 9ne here.

It's very curious, Indian paper claiming there is a secret society of ex Muslims who support each other. secret because of apostateThey said they interacted with him and one felt he was unstable, he was weird around the women he helped flea. They didn't believe he as ex Muslim and felt he was harassing the girls he was helping to flea.

Do you have a link?

Honestly the Patientenshown by some Posters on this threat is astounding.

I didn't say that you explicitly called him a brown man. It's funny I've managed to get to the grand age of 40 and have never been called a racist yet it seems like many think you are. Maybe you should sit back and reflect on why people might think that. Posting up a storm with your views that reflect those of a man who committed mass murder just a few days might have something to do with why people are finding your posts so abhorrent.

I'm not responding to you again, it's 2 days before Christmas and I have no desire to waste my time on someone who wishes to spread hate in the wake of an appalling crime. My thoughts are with all of those who have been personally affected by this awful act. Hopefully this will be a wake up call to some that all kinds of hate can lead to extremism and more moderate voices will prevail.

Yes you did ! You said it was because of a "brown man" . Find the post where I said I am upset because a "brown man" did the attack . I think it's actually you being racist here, it was you who used the term "brown man" not me. Disgusting rhetoric from you & then trying to misquote me to fit your agenda.

And this guy was a psychotherapist?

I know three pyschologists, 2 are massively messed up. The third tells me it isn“t unusual. The two messed up ones were my husband“s psycologists, probably explains things.
People tying themselves up in knots, this guy is just your common or garden islamist with a lot of blah blah to distract you from the fact.

And we also know that if he had been sent back to Saudi then the nine year old boy Andre Gleissener would have been celebrating Christmas with his family, opening presents instead of being killed at the Christmas market.

Exactly . It is absolutely disgraceful & the four women who also lost their lives. How many will be spending hospital on Christmas over this man, on crutches, hands in slings.. missing work, school, living their lives.. I'm so angry that this was allowed happen.

So what do you think of all these posts linking immigration and terrorism?

I'm really confused about what you are wanting.
You've talked about asylum seekers and wanting to claim asylum in another country, even though that country doesn't take asylum seekers.

You've talked about people who claim asylum and then turn on the country they came from - are you wanting an end to people claiming asylum here?

You've talked about ending senseless violence and radicalisation.

You then say the far left are the biggest threat - what is your reasoning for that belief?

You were the one who referred to it as a slur!!! How the hell did you actually think that? What an insult to the Muslim community.
Looks like you finally educated yourself.

So what would you have done to reduce the risk of it happening?

Would you have stopped anyone emigrating here and claiming asylum here or in any European country?

Or is the asylum part irrelevant and it's far more complex than that?

The far left do not want the facts to be aired & try to quash any debate or conversation around immigration by calling people racist. That in itself is harmful & destructive.

I know, he was recognised as a refugee and granted asylum.

Fugitive is something different, so I was wondering where that came from

So he wasn't claiming asylum as he was an atheist which is what many of the posters are claiming on here with their misinformation.
He claimed asylum as he opposed the royal family!

So it is immigration you are concerned about?

How would the conversation about immigration stop terrorism?

When I asked before, you talked about radicalisation.

But what is it about immigration you are concerned about?

I don't think it's a positive thing that this man was working with people's minds. How do we know he wasn't indoctrinating them?

It is ironic isn’t it that a person who was supposed to be healing peoples minds had a very warped mind himself isn’t it . Maybe psychiatry attracts a certain type or maybe it sends you bonkers yourself when you know the reality of the human mind. My dad had a breakdown in the 70’s and apparently he tried to book in with his psychiatrist only to be told he had committed suicide šŸ˜ž I think it is one of the most stressful careers? I also had a breakdown but my psychiatrist was wonderful I felt like he was the only one who really listened and helped. I hope we can find answers in all this horrific crime. We were lied to about the Southport killer were we not. I hope this is not the case here too that he is actually a supporter of isis. Although that doesn’t make it any more or less horrific.

I guess you can understand that someone would be allowed to claim asylum because of persecution in their country for a range of reasons.

Exactly. We can see through the lies, cover ups & withholding information. They don't like critical thinkers who can see through the bullshit they want us to believe.
