I’ve had an Ocado delivery this afternoon, 6 substitutions and 14 missing items, not a great start

I've just got my receipt for this afternoon and everything is there except the cheese...

They've subbed 3 packs of cheese strings!

Waitrose - included a Food to Order prawn cocktail item for 8 people at £17. Subbed with 4 x bloody Margaret prawn cocktails at £15.
Not happy, I’ve been unable to delete or amend the prawn cocktail for the last 5 days as it was a Food to Order item, now they say it’s unavailable. How do I feed 8 people with 4 prawn cocktails?

Sainsburys have been and delivered everything, it's a Christmas miracle. A few subs but nothing weird and I kept them all.
