I wish I'd achieved more in my first 100 days. It took Liz Truss only half this time to wreck the economy, double everyone's mortgage and resign. By this point Boris Johnson had lied to The Queen, illegally prorogued Parliament and lost 15 votes in the Commons.

I applaud some of the posters here who are currently on the extremely annoying & at times nasty thread about replacing KS & RR who have managed to debate in such a reasoned way is a thing of beauty some of the comments & horrific attitudes by some posters are truly abhorrent.

It's absolutely appalling on there, but I'm not alone. So sad that anti Islam sentiment has also reared its ugly head now.

God, that is a shocker.

He looked very unwell. I’m surprised he was only 69. I feel sorry for his family, it’s awful that he died so far from home.

Yes, they have the added trauma of getting him back to Scotland.
