I keep hearing about how kids are losing their virginity younger and younger now so I was curious to know how old you were, compared to your children.

I was 17. Dh was 13.

DD is 10 and still at the age where anything sexual grosses her out (thank god). They are currently doing sex education at school at the moment and she comes home horrified every time

14, was very common in our peer group, 5 were pregnant at GCSE's and another 8/10 dropped out of 6th form as pregnant

No clue about when my DH or my adult children lost theirs, it's none of my business and I don't need to know.

I was 19. Dh no idea, not my business. Dc I've just told them to be save, make sure everyone is legal and is both consenting and able to consent.

I don’t think anyone thinks “it’s their business” when their partner lost their virginity, probably just came up in conversation.
