New M&S food store - must buys

Very excited that a new M&S food store has opened up where I live. What are your must buys? I'm going to create a wish list shopping list to start working my way through.

All the fresh fruit, salad & veggies. Yes, they are more expensive than other supermarkets. But on taste & quality there is just no comparison.

Gastropub / Best Ever mains, in particular the lasagne, fish pie & chicken Kyiv. So ridiculously good that there is no point slaving over making your own.

Apricot Danish from the in-store bakery. Unbelievably yummy.

The iced fruit buns (the same ones you can get in the cafe). But even better, is the lemon ones, they're filled with lemon curd. I could eat 4 of them.

Bread. I always find the sliced bread has good best before dates which see me through the week for school breakfasts.

More iced buns- they have pink iced finger buns with jam in

Cheese Tasters (like Wotsits but a million times better). I devour a large bag every time I go there.

Their egg fried rice and sweet chilli chicken is Devine.

I love their chicken and root veg soup with a baguette.

they have a new iced tea range which is good.

Blueberry and morello cherry sponge puddings - delicious.

Ice spiced buns, combo mix crisps, cherry almond and frangipan tart, Italian chocolates in the bag for £5, Indian chicken tandoori main for 2 (the one that contains separate tubs of sauce and coriander).

Gastropub lasagne. The bakery is great.

I have now got Mexican layered dip on my shopping list as keep seeing it mentioned on here, so will have to try it!

I love the M&S bakery individual chocolate muffins and also the chocolate covered chocolate digestives (in the purple packet). I was in M&S this afternoon and spent far too much money. 😀

The lemon cake slices with the icing on top. I went from not liking lemon cake to those being my favourite cakes ever!

So much but... their £1.60
Peanut butter beats all others in my view.

Blonde spread (like caramac with crunchie bits). Lovely on Ritz crackers
