Cost of living payments

Just a reminder that the first cost of living payment of £301 will start being paid from today. Any time up until May 17th. Keep an eye on your bank accounts!

I just had mine and I'm on tax credits. I wouldn't have even looked if I hadn't seen this thread, thanks! Feel marginally less terrified about money for about three seconds.

I've just realised I also didn't get the 2022 spring payment and I was eligible 😵‍💫

I've raised it on my journal so should hear back something!

@Mysleepingangel UC can’t do anything or action a payment, they’ll tell you to contact DWP directly, give them a ring in the morning

Thank you. But I used this link and it takes you to the relevant benefits you're taking and then asks you to ring them or use the journal on UC.

Hopefully I'll hear something tomorrow but I'll give DWP a ring anyways. Thank you guys

Sorry, if you meant any other payments. Then yes, I received the autumn 22 one.

I've trippled checked the assessments periods for all and I'm DEFINITELY entitled.

So I was on phone to DWP for over 30mins and no one picked up.

Also called UC which was utterly awful. It was as if he didn't want to understand my query?

Still waiting for someone to reply on my journal as apparently that's the DWP department now.

Also no payment today (16th) either 😔
