Me... daily in summer and a couple of days in winter, unless something makes me hot.

It's Mumsnet! Everyone is changing their bra everyday. See also PJ's, towels, bed sheets and all clothes. Anything that touches their daily showered bodies is immediately dense with germs obviously.

Every few days unless I’m sweating a lot - I don’t perspire much at all

Mine need hand washing so they get washed a lot less than they should.

Once a week unless I get hot and sweaty before then.

Sports bra after each wear, normal bra every couple of days

Ummm… I alternate between them depending on what I’m wearing, but I’d say they definitely get washed less than the mumsnet average!

About every 2/3 days. I am big boobed but don't sweat a lot under my boobs when the weather isn't hot. In summer I will change it every day.

I tend to wear mine for a day then switch to another and air the first one, iyswim. I handwash mine (game changer and actually stops them falling apart!) and tend to wash three or four together not all that often.

I once read about a fancy lingerie brand that sold sets made up of 3 pairs of knickers & one bra. Enough for 3 days.

Every day. But I'm one of those weirdos that only wears matching bra and pants sets. Yes, even on days I'm not leaving the house and slouching around in a pair of tatty old joggers. Nice lingerie is my treat.

Everything goes in net bags on a delicate cycle. If it doesn't survive, it wasn't meant to be.

2 days in winter and one day in summer. I make them last longer in winter because I hand wash them and allow them to drip dry.
