We've done pjs.. but how often do you change your bra?

Me... daily in summer and a couple of days in winter, unless something makes me hot.

I continue to be stunned and vaguely horrified by the amount of excess washing that so many on here seem to think is necessary. The environmental impact alone bothers me never mind the cost.
I change mine about once a week. I’m not a sweaty person. I wash my body regularly. It’s cover by my clothes. Why would it possibly be dirty enough to need washing after 12 hrs wear?????

Two or three days. Obviously earlier if I've been sweaty! Try not to wear a bra much these days though - only if I leave the house (though not if just walking the dogs). Holdover from lock downs!

Until they need it.

My bras are pricey. I don't want to beat them up more than they need

Daily. Although I have a large chest, I don't wear underwired bra's. I wear Playtex none wired ones and they all go into a laundry bag and into the washer a couple of times a week.
They wash lovely.

I don't get that. I don't sweat under my boobs anymore than above my boobs or anywhere else on my torso. My bra isn't in my armpit either.

When it drags itself to the basket!

I've only got one 😳

I only had two, then my dog ate one and I went braless for a week and then promised never again so I bought a three pack in m&s and now am thinking of getting even more! (Can only buy in m and s as am world’s most awkward size, haven’t found any anywhere else, anyway they’re more affordable than I thought!)

I wash mine every six weeks in the dishwasher along with the toilet brush, whether they need it or not.

I've worn the same bra for about 30 days now, shoot me. I don't care, bar changing to sports bra at the gym. Call me a minger or whatever you want, I can assure you I'm not the only one. I wear it for maximum 9 hours per day for work, at a non-sweat-inducing job - you're lucky if I make it out of my car on the drive home before whipping it off (I let the girls fly free at home).

I don't wash my duvet covers weekly either - the horror!

4 days in winter, 1-2 in summer

After every second wear like most of my clothes except jeans,they can go for weeks

What people need to remember is that we are all at different ages and stages and some of us sweat more at a certain time of life.

Any bra with underwire needs handwashed
