Leo's Tavern was closed when I went there.
According to the new(?) rules, I think that counts as being there.

I've also been to Raffles in Singapore.

Mine for the list is The Sefton in West Derby I lived nearby briefly in the late 90s, there was a shooting (not fatal) in some fall out over drugs one night and apparently about 50 people were in the tiny 2 cubicle toilet at the time and didn't see or hear a thing!

A, quite frankly, slightly scary but very pretty, pub in mid Wales called The Cwymddauder(?) Arms. It was one of the Welsh pubs where they all started speaking Welsh when English people walk in.
Very pretty place though!

23/7 on the beach in Negril, Jamaica - sadly it's closed now after a gang machete attack thing,but you could get alcohol and food any time of day or night. The bar staff would kip under the bar.
Harbour Club Lounge in Harbour Grand Hotel, Hong Kong. Fantastic view, stupidly expensive drinks.
A communist themed pop up bar in Budapest but I can't remember its name.

We have stayed at the Hill Club in Nuwara Eliya and have a cup and saucer from there (paid for)
Also had afternoon drinks in Raffles then dinner the following night. Got momentos, also bought, 2 embroidered bathroom towels and a Singapore Sling container.

Z'alt Hischi bar in Zermatt.
