Farting in bed.

Chatting with a close friend a few days ago over a coffee. We've known each other for years so nothings ever off topic.

She was taken aback when i disclosed that for years I've farted in bed and my DH ( who also farts in bed too ) isn't bothered in the slightest.

Would this be a deal breaker for you? Or are you also Teamfartinbed?

Me and DP farted in bed within a week of knowing each other 🤣 always been very open with body functions. I don't understand people who don't fart in front of their partners. I'd explode!

Don't know, I ask the same question. My friend seems to think it's a big no no! But we do it every night, all night long! 😂💨

Nope, no faring in my bed! If the odd one pops out we laugh like kids but otherwise we try to reserve for bathroom. We also DTD every single day for context, we like to make efforts to keep attraction etc.

Everyone farts in bed even if they don't when awake. It's a silly thing to get in knotts about.

I'd never openly and obviously fart or burp in front of anyone. Obviously sometimes it jsut happens but I just don't see the need to make a show of either. Husband of 11 years has also never openly done either in my presence. It just isn't needed

A friend of mine never farted in front of her partner in 10 years.
Rumour has it that when they split up she farted herself into the next street 😉

If I need to fart, I fart as does dh. Why would you not? It’s a fairly normal bodily function?

Each to their own, I don't fart in front of DH but I don't fart in front of anyone. However I also stop peeing if anyone can hear me BlushGrin

Do you mean not fart or not make a noise? Surely you can just do them quietly unless they are stinkers? We try not to parp them out, it's just a bit gross.

Not if I can help it. We do fart in front of each other but in bed the smell tends to linger. But it's no big deal if one of us does.

I think you are more relaxed in bed. Therefore bowels etc relax ….. then the farts come. Completely natural I did look into what happens if you hold in a fart it gets reabsorbed into bloodstream or something like that so it will come out one way or another. Farting is natural everyone does it, it’s just the density and velocity of the fart that varies !!

My partner of nearly 3 years would be absolutely mortified if I suddenly started farting in bed.... honestly I've never heard hun trump ever. He is one of those men who like to think his shit don't stink lol

I want to be 10000% comfortable in front of my husband, it would be a dealbreaker if he expected me not to fart......

My mum went 18 years without farting in front of my dad, they are divorced now. The trapped wind must have pushed her over the edge....

I am very comfortable farting in front of my husband as he is with me - I really don’t get this keeping the attraction alive thing? We are very attracted to each other farts or not but maybe not during sex 😜
