Buttons and beads. I am not certain if it is classed as a phobia though. They don't make me panic, but they make me feel sick.

Butter

Falling down as in my legs turning to jelly. I think about it frequently. It's not completely irrational though because I have stood up only to find one of legs have gone dead twice in the past.

Veins bursting when I have my blood drawn or something injected

@RubyRoss Yes I hate that feeling too. One time I was asleep and woke up from a nightmare completely panicking, shot out of bed and I swear my legs were so weak and jelly like, I thought I was going to be paralysed. It was awful

@Underadandelion Iswym. I've read some horror stories about huge spiders as well in the bags they come in. Spiders are another of my worst phobias

my covid booster! I didn't even know it was a thing

Sounds like a huge failure on the part of the person giving you the booster. It should not be going into a vein!

Also I don't know if it's a phobia as such, but I start feeling really weird when I see pictures of planes I think it might just be large objects for me that make me feel odd. Anyone else?

So irrational dislikes, not phobias (which are a debilitating mental health condition) 🙄

@XenoBitch it was an error on the nurses part. She was utterly terrified which made it worse!

Seahorses. Just looking at a photo of one stirs some visceral disgust within me and I just can't describe why. I see them described as adorable yet they just make me want to swim far, far away!

@gkkp Luckily they are notoriously slow swimmers so I should have a good chance of escape should I encounter one 😝

i totally freeze and feel like I can’t move. Heart rate goes up and I panic
