This is one of those annoying bullshit bingo corporate phrases. Everyone at work is always getting their ducks in a row. Poor fucking ducks, no freedom to roam.

Also (I know this makes me seem uncaring ) but:

”You sound lovely” to usually the original poster.

Most of these aren't really 'Mumsnet' phrases though, a lot of them are used on so many other forums.
