The murderer must be a nethun. Thread about a cheating DH without a single swear word, red flag or LTB. Very suspicious.

Later on in the book 'yes you can put baby rice in the bottle to fill them up from 8 weeks, your baby ur rules hun xxx❤️'

No! Is it worth it?!

Of course it's effin well worth it! 🤣

Ps I picked up on this too.

Haha love it!

The ones who actually do their research go on just for a day, get sucked in and have no more time to actually write their books. 12 months later their agent is on the gin and the writers are writing epic responses on the feminism and relationships threads

so love this thread.

This...

Hilarious😂

[not leaving any cute emojis because I’m a MAN and therefore don’t take part in such mothers meetings 🖤🖤🖤😤😤😤]

JDKirk · 30/12/2022 23:29

Damn. Properly screwed this one up, didn’t I…? The only defence I have to offer is that I’m naturally a very lazy person.

Also, if it’s any consolation, my research into everything else is equally half-arsed, so it was nothing personal.

Still, I take full responsibility for having almost no idea what I was talking about (I say ‘almost’ because I did at least spell it right) and I hope we can someday find a way to move on from this.

JDKirk · 30/12/2022 23:30

Sorry, forgot the 💖

(That’s what we do here, right?)

Hugasauras · 30/12/2022 23:35

Grin Good advertising though, I'm in the mood for a new series to read!

Sinead began reading from a printout. 'I think your husband sounds like an utter cunt. How can you bring yourself to have sex with such a man child? Get his stuff out and change the locks while he's out, and clear out half the joint account too.'

Time to buy your agent a bottle of gin Grin

BoreOfWhabylon · 30/12/2022 23:40

Welcome @JDKirk! So pleased you dropped in Grin And thanks for the handsome apology.

As a rule we don't go in for the hearts and hugs around here (there are other, -inferior sites for that). Not for nothing is Mumsnet sometimes referred to as The Nest of Vipers.

Stick around - have a wander about (I recommend the Feminism section). All human life is here and you may find inspiration for future works.

Little word of advice: under no circumstances should you ever commence a post with "Man here" or "Speaking as a man". This is likely to get your arse served up to you on a plate.

Maybe not.
You now have to stay here for 24 fecking hours......your agent will be well into gin in a year.

We expect better, nah we hope for better, we hope you find the clitoris one day, we hope you find the washing up, we hope you notice the difference.

My DW* is my agent. She already has all the gin.

I have a pretty decent idea where the dishwasher is. I have no idea where to find that other thing.

Maybe that’s why DW needs the gin.

Check me out, I’m learning stuff!*

**Unless I’ve done it wrong, in which case please ignore.

JDKirk · 30/12/2022 23:55

OK, so asterisks = bold. That’s both good to know, and annoying because it totally ruins my joke.
