‘Wizard of oz 70s swingers party’

😂😂😂

Puzzledandpissedoff · 28/11/2022 08:19

I notice it says at the top of the description that it’s the owners own words

From the agent's POV, nothing could say more clearly "Don't blame me ..."

fancyacuppatea · 28/11/2022 08:20

Hang on...one of the "optional bedrooms" has an ensuite kitchen?!

Handy if you get hungry after a shag I suppose...

Supergluerules · 28/11/2022 08:20

If you look on streetview there are two of them! Wonder what the one next door is like inside??

Cliff1975 · 28/11/2022 08:21

Why are they moving they are clearly in love with the place!

diddl · 28/11/2022 08:22

Is it not for the whole house?

One possible "bedroom" is off the kitchen with no door??

DiddlyDoris · 28/11/2022 08:23

Nightmare vendor alert 😂

IAmIngrid · 28/11/2022 08:24

Was laughing at this gem so sent it to DH in disbelief. His response?

"I actually really like it."

Brb, divorcing him.

Bimblybomeyelash · 28/11/2022 00:18

Hilarious!

I want to know who lives in the ground floor flat….?

Whoever it is will be crying with happiness right now at the thought of their neighbour leaving.

Westendbuoys · 28/11/2022 08:24

I don't think that's been signed off by the planning department.

splatfrog · 28/11/2022 08:25

Wow OP you win the worst house ever to be featured on MN. How will we ever top this? It's a psychadelic nightmare. This is what happens when people win too much on the lottery. Those teak doors, what a waste of teak, I'd rather have the trees. If the owner reads this, that giant stone wall over the bath is oppressive. All I can see is a massive money pit that would cost thousands to update.

UniversalAunt · 28/11/2022 08:27

The tree is the best bit.

PolkaDotMankini · 28/11/2022 08:28

Who wants to take one for the team and book a night on booking.com so we can all go and have a good nosy?

splatfrog · 28/11/2022 08:29

According to nethouseprices they're asking double the local price.

user44478673 · 28/11/2022 08:29

Brilliant. I'd love to meet the owner as they sound, er, engaging and um...yeah. Total spiv.

icecoffeeisland · 28/11/2022 08:29

From the Booking.com reviews: "There are massage chairs, massage bed, jacuzzi tub, steam bath showers, lots of marble, comfortable sofa and and... it's a spa apartment, so to speak." 😉

I expect a brown envelope solved the problem.

Moraxella · 28/11/2022 08:30

Well on one hand it’s a refreshing change from grey carpet and silver mirrored bedside cabinet idenitkit houses around here. Wonder why they are moving as it was clearly a labour of love.

Now I know that having had a surgeon stay at the house improves the saleability I’ll make sure that’s the opening line when I sell my gaff 🤣

Bawdrip · 28/11/2022 08:31

I have an awful haunting feeling that the owner lives in the downstairs flat and the buyer will never be allowed to paint this place white. He'll be peering through the windows every evening to check you are relaxing correctly in it.

covetingthepreciousthings · 28/11/2022 08:33

Blendandmix · 28/11/2022 07:04

This is on my street! It's an absolute eye sore. The street is full of 1930s houses I don't know how it was ever allowed to be built

You can't just leave this comment and not tell us about the owner Grin
Do they live in the flat below..?!

thirstyformore · 28/11/2022 08:33

@Blendandmix so many questions for you!! Is it a house or a flat? Who lives there/owns it? Is £800k realistic?

Suffrajitsu · 28/11/2022 08:34

The photographer needs to see someone about his bathroom fetish.

Pipsquiggle · 28/11/2022 08:34

I totally get why people are saying it's a 'massage' place but why pay so much for the work gone in?

It was only finished in 2018. If the owners don't live there, why pour so much high spec finishes in there - when they are mostly god awful and not really selling points to most buyers?

PolkaDotMankini · 28/11/2022 08:34

Yes! No doubt they'd try to stick all sorts of clauses in the contract to stop you changing anything.

splatfrog · 28/11/2022 08:35

Someone with knowledge, please have a guess what this would cost to make liveable.
