This article prompted me to post. https://www.theguardian.com/lifeandstyle/2022/nov/19/adults-who-have-cuddly-toys-comfort-objects?CMP=ShareiOSAppp_Other

I still have mine 'mouse' it sometimes goes on top of my pillows or on the bookcase. It was handmade by my aunt over 30 years ago so has seen better days.

I wondered if it was odd to keep it out in my bedroom still, but now feel slightly reassured.

Here’s mine. He was a present for my 1st birthday and I am very old! He spent a good 10 years stuffed in a drawer because our old dog chewed his face off when she was a pup.
However he went to the Teddy Hospital some years ago and they did a fantastic job.

I'm 51 and I still take my bear to bed. He's very flat because I have always used him as an extra pillow.

Yes,Timmy. A toy clown whose head used to light up long ago, my 1yo now takes him to bed 🥰
