Anyone else in the queue?

I'm logged in for my Mum on one device - queue position 6235 & on my phone for myself - queue position 8901

Hope they start opening up soon 🤞🏻

Only 2 mins waiting now but the closest I could get to Christmas is the 21st.

It's more for booze and random stuff than Xmas Dinner so I'm fine with that.

They do in some locations.

Set my alarm for before 6am, but it was so early, I felt really confused and must have slammed snooze a few times as I didn't join the queue until about ten past. Got the slot I wanted though. :)

Downside... will be groggy all day!

People who book their slots for 24th - are you not shitting yourselves in case stuff is missing and you have to trail round the shops on Xmas Eve? Just wondering why it seems to be such a popular date!

I set my alarm for 5.50 and got on at 7.15 and there were initially no slots available at all. I then tried the website but it put me to the end of the queue again. Went back to the app and after trying flexible savers slots there were slots available but I then went back on 1 hour slots and was able to get the slot I wanted. It kept malfunctioning though.

I was worried if I went on another screen /mumsnetted I'd lose my place in the queue so I ended up staring at the queue for 1.5 hours 😲Only to initially see no available slots when I got on.

I totally forgot about this and just went on, they still have slots until Christmas Eve in my area!

Thats good. Grab one quickly if you need it. I’ve just checked here and the last slots available before Xmas are on the 20th Dec.

I thought tesco had already done theirs?
