Worst pain ever in lower stomach amd back got up for toilet and had cold sweat and almost passed out

Now still horrible pain either side of lower stomach

Just me and 2 small dc

Anyone awake?

It might just be constipation. It can be really awfully painful sometimes.

I've had similar symptoms with a short lived tummy bug. Since you are on your own with children, if it's still going on I'd call and get nurse advice about whether you should be seen. Can a family member come over?

Could you be passing a kidney stone? I just about passed out when that happened with a larger one, and have also had a few smaller ones that just hurt like hell.

Urine infection? Take some painkillers and all GP pharmacy in the morn. If it is a UTI pharmacies an treat now. Pain relief should help for now

Hi, I'm here for a little while with you. Take good deep breaths. Its easy to breathe very shallowly when in pain and that alone can make you feel as if you're going to faint.
