This is a real good guide for all the timings for tomorrow - www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-60617519

The bit at the end with the Lord Chamberlain will be the hardest to watch I think, signaling the end of his service to her, as will the act of separating her from her crown.

I know everyone isn't a royalist but today will be such a sad occasion.

We have a sleeper already! Guy on the back row behind Keir Starmer.

Toddlerteaplease · 19/09/2022 10:23

Women in very high heels make me nervous! I don't know how anyone can walk in them.

RedToothBrush · 19/09/2022 10:23

stillherenow · 19/09/2022 10:19

Why are they making the former PMs wait?

To put them in order.

MarshaBradyo · 19/09/2022 10:24

The Abbey looks so beautiful

I agree with pp about not needing the loo though, looks tricky

stillherenow · 19/09/2022 10:24

Who is the guy next to Boris ?

Vapeyvapevape · 19/09/2022 10:24

The former PM's have aged well.

DysonSpheres · 19/09/2022 10:24

Liz Truss turning up

SlatternIsMyMiddleName · 19/09/2022 10:24

I don’t want to derail a lovely thread, but the utter hypocrisy of Sinn Fein sitting there is galling.

That’s my only moan. Back to admiring the pageantry.

I did smile when President Biden had to wait for people to pass first.

TugboatAnnie · 19/09/2022 10:24

stillherenow · 19/09/2022 10:24

Who is the guy next to Boris ?

Theresa May's husband

Benefi · 19/09/2022 10:24

I think the former PMs were waiting so they could be seated in the correct order rather than having to stand up and squeeze past each other.

cakeorwine · 19/09/2022 10:24

Who is sat on the row with Johnson?

Mooserp · 19/09/2022 10:24

What does Cheri Blair have pinned on her dress?

Benefi · 19/09/2022 10:09

All of these archaic outfits must look strange to Americans.

Americans love this stuff! I thought the Bidens looked very respectful and a little emotional. Imagine if it had been Trump!

stillherenow · 19/09/2022 10:25

Liz Truss looks terrified ! Don't blame her!

Bouledeneige · 19/09/2022 10:25

Do you think BJs regretting fucking up? He could've been the current PM for this gig.

Benefi · 19/09/2022 10:25

Don't the Blairs look so much older now?

Does the Abbey have toilets? I wouldn't be able to wait for hours before the loo, maybe none have drunk anything before. It'd be so awkward to need the loo once seated!

cakeorwine · 19/09/2022 10:25

RedToothBrush · 19/09/2022 10:23

To put them in order.

Could have had Johnson next to Blair. And Cameron next to Brown...

MinglingFlamingo · 19/09/2022 10:26

cakeorwine · 19/09/2022 10:24

Who is sat on the row with Johnson?

Theresa May and her husband, and David and Samantha Cameron

Front row is Tony & Cherie Blair, Gordon brown and his wife, John Major and his Wife

MarshaBradyo · 19/09/2022 10:26

Agree and yes imagine!

stillherenow · 19/09/2022 10:26

I'd have gone nil by mouth from yesterday evening to avoid needing the loo!

wonderstuff · 19/09/2022 10:26

really feel for Liz Truss, I don’t like having to do a school assembly, imagine having to speak at this.

Flyingbymypants · 19/09/2022 10:26

What is going on with Tony Blair's hair?

stillherenow · 19/09/2022 10:27

Do you think May put her husband next to Boris to avoid speaking to him?!

GoodbyeLilibet · 19/09/2022 10:27

@Heyyebskeikwbevg no problem🙂
