Well they are reporting this afternoon that PA will retain his role as Counsellor of State, so he'll be able to stand in for King Charles if he's abroad/indisposed. So that's nice .

I really think that Andrew and the royal family are seeing this whole mourning/funeral process to get Andrew in front of the public again and a way to shoe horn him back into the fold and a public role. Otherwise they would not be stage managing it in the way they are - Andrew in a car with PW, Andrew centre stage in the procession, pictures of Andrew with praying hands etc etc the royals are one big publicity machine and none of this is by accident.
